“Are you sure?” Mav says.

“Are you kidding me? If I don’t feel one of you at least inside me .. .” I smirk as Kai growls as he reaches me first, lifting me up and slamming me against the wall.

“I love you too, Titch.” Maverick mutters sleepily kissing my shoulder and squeezing my hand.

“I love you too, Sweetheart.” Hunt replies kissing my forehead.

Happiness swells inside me, I love them and they love me. This may only be the beginning of our journey but I am so unbelievably grateful that I have them by my side. For now I enjoy the peace that this moment brings. Tomorrow I can fill them in what’s been going on with me and the strange darkness that emerges and I’m sure tomorrow will have its own surprises to throw our way but for now I’m going to absorb all the peace and love that I can get.
