Hoping that I’m not talking out loud because it would be seriously embarrassing to admit that I have to strong arm a part of my magic into doing as it’s damn told. Surprisingly my magic retreats at the command, fading to how it normally looks mixed in with my gold and purple magic.

Finally the healing magic rushes through and into Levi I focus as much of it as I possibly can on draining the last of the poison and healing the wound. The black poison lines start to fade further, the organs it reached healing. I hope like hell it’s healing the bite mark too because that expanding wound looked incredibly painful. I have my eyes closed focusing on directing all of the magic that the others are feeding me so I have no idea if it’s actually working.

I can feel my body start to droop the longer that we all spend giving Levi our magic to heal and I can feel the other’s energy levels dropping as well. After what seems like forever, I feel Levi’s breathing level out underneath the palms of my hands resting on his chest. He twitches and I slowly pull back the power, it hasn’t detected anything else that needs healing and once again I hope that my instinct is right because let’s face it I’m fucking winging it here.

I feel a rough palm on my face and my eyes spring wide open to find Levi’s gorgeous red eyes smiling up at me as his thumb stokes my cheek bone.

“Levi!” I practically yell, throwing myself at him in my excitement and pure heart squeezing relief that he is actually ok.

There was a short few minutes that I seriously thought he wouldn’t flash those gorgeous red eyes at me again. I can admit that now that he is awake.

My arms wrap around his neck tightly as he props himself up on one arm to catch me and hold me to him. Wanting to be as close as I fucking can I throw my leg over him as well, fully aware that I’m straddling him in front of everyone and genuinely not giving a flying fuck. His mouth hungrily seeks mine and our kiss explodes in passion. I nip his bottom lip making him growl deep in his chest the rumble vibrating through me. Making my hips grind down on his.

His tongue tangles with mine as his hands slowly move my top up andover my head barely breaking the kiss his hands roam the almost completely bare skin of my back making every nerve ending in my body stand to attention at the truly delicious feel of his rough palms on my skin. His hand moves up the back of my neck tensing briefly and making me moan before it tangles in my hair and he pulls firmly, I grin against his lips and kiss him harder. He uses the control he has over my head thanks to the grip on my hair to tug my head back and causing it to tilt giving him easy access to my neck. He trails toe curling kisses and bites down my neck every time his fangs graze my neck I could swear that it brings me right to the cusp of an orgasm but that would be insane right?

He kisses the juncture where my shoulder meets my neck and bites down just slightly harder than he has been my hands pull his hair sharply as my eyes snap open in a mix of pleasure and shock.

“Holy fuck.” I say my voice husky, low and full of desire.

It’s then that I notice that I’m actually eye level with some branches. Branches that definitely shouldn’t be that low and weren’t earlier unless I really have become that unobservant in my time with the guys which is unlikely. It’s not like our lives have been uneventful or lacking danger. My skills have been kept sharp for different reasons but I’m still as aware of my surrounds as I’ve always been.

I have a sneaky suspicion I know what’s going on and I look down trying not to get distracted by Levi’s lip’s again, sure enough we’re floating at least ten feet up in the air this time on a funnel of wispy and smoke like shadows that really shouldn’t be substantial enough to hold us.

“Levi, we’re floating again.” I say unable to keep the amusement from my voice.

“I know.” He murmurs against my neck making me shudder.

“What do you mean you know?” I ask pushing up so I’m sat up on top of him.

The hooded and heated look that he gives me has me tilting forward ready to finish what we started, consequences be damned. It takes an immense amount of will power not to. I should get a damn award for it.

“Levi.” I prompt as his hungry gaze takes in my bra clad form, his gorgeous red eyes snap up to mine and grins unapologetically.

“I asked them too.” He glances down and raises an eyebrow, “I didn’t ask them to lift us up quite this high though.” He chuckles.

“Can you guys come down now. The rest of us would like to make sure Levi’s alright after his near death experience too.” Hunter calls up his voice highly amused.

“Although judging from the show that they just put on we can be assured at least one part of Levi is working perfectly fine.” Kai smirks up at us his eyes twinkling with a mix of mischief and relief.

“Maverick.” Levi says simply.

Mav smirks and smacks the back of Kai’s head.

“Ow, fuck man.” Kai grumbles rubbing the back of his head and makingboth Levi and Mav smirk.

Kysen bursts out laughing.

“It’s nice to know I’m not the only one that gets smacked on the back of the head.” He chuckles.

“You really should know better by now.” Jax smirks and Kai sticks his tongue out at him.

I watch still ten feet in the air as Jax’s smirk turns wicked and his eyes heat as he takes a single step in Kai’s direction before he seems to realise what he’s doing and his grin turns slightly less full of dirty promises. Which is why his next words shock the shit out of me.

“Careful what you do with that tongue Kai. I might find a better use for it.” He chuckles quietly as Kai’s mouth drops open in shock as his eyes flare with literal flames.

The other’s all glance between them with mixed looks of shock and amusement. Kysen glances up at me smirks which I return with one of my own.

“Damn.” I say quietly and Levi chuckles still beneath me.
