Story: Scarred Assassin
Without removing the clothsack from his face, I took his left hand and kissed it.
“I’ll proceed to cut this off too, okay?” His head shook as a way of saying no and I snickered. “I don’t want to be biased.” I shrugged and with a swing of my blade, the left pinky fell off and the ring finger dangled.
He screamed and I cut it off with the middle finger. The only finger left in his hand was his left thumb and left index finger. I opened his iPhone with his thumb and went to his bank account. I transferred all the money –a total of eighty five million– to my mom’s account, and broke the stupid phone.
“I mean, we do have a right to some of your properties, don’t we?” I asked as I removed the cloth from his head. His head fell to the front and he peered at me through hooded eyes.
“Jordan.” His voice was almost inaudible. His eyes were bloodshot, lips were bursted and skin was opened. I turned my dad into a nightmare.
“Yes daddy.”
“Pl-please kill me,” he choked out.
I breathed out a laugh as an unexpected tear dropped from my eye. “Okay.” I held his head up and stabbed the crook of his neck. His blood squirted on my face, as he choked on his own blood and slowly stopped moving.
My lips quivered as I stared at his lifeless body.
He was my daddy and I was his baby girl until everything changed overnight. Where did it all go wrong?
Just as my emotions were about to slip, I threw my bloody knife to my bag and left as I heard my master screaming behind me.“Well don’t leave him here, WHERE AM I GONNA PUT HIM?”
Killing daddy gave me a sense of satisfaction. I felt free, I felt powerful. Would I feel like this if I kill every man on earth who ever sexually assaulted a girl? Would I feel like this if I killed Uncle Cedric and his sons?
I wouldn’t know until I tried, so I was going to do it. I was going to kill Uncle Cedric, his sons, and every other man or woman who ever tried to touch a girl against her wish.
Hi, I’m Alex, the monster your mother said was under your bed. I got out.

I met my mom lying down on the couch. She sat up immediately and walked to me. “Jordan? Where did you go?” She collected my bag from me as we both sat on the couch.
“It’s Alexis,” I corrected her and I could see how shocked she was. It was the first time I was telling her to call me Alexis. “That’s my name, right?”
She nodded. “I didn’t know when you left home, I was worried. Also I saw an alert from your father’s account, I was confused and didn’t know what to do. What should I do?” She asked, trying to show me her phone. I collected my bag from her and removed a wrapped gift, handing it to her. “A gift? But where did you go?” She asked with a smile, oblivious to what was waiting for her in the box.
She dipped her hand into the box and after bringing out a bloody knife, she threw it away with a scream. “What is this? Where did you get this? Are you hurt? Is this your blood?”
“Don’t freak out too much, I killed daddy.” I revealed and she gasped, covering her mouth. She moved away from me and shook her head hysterically
“No. No. No. No. NO.” She whispered to herself in denial. “Not you, not you Jordan, not my baby. My baby would never…”
“That’s because your baby is dead. It’s time you accept that I am Alexis now, and Alexis wants to punish everybody that hurt her. Just like I killed daddy, I also want to kill the therapists, I want to kill Uncle Cedric, and I want to kill his sons.” I revealed and she fell on her knees in tears.
“You can’t. You are not a monster, you are not like them. You can’t do this and you won’t.”
“I will. You can save them by reporting me to the cops. If you don’t tell on me, I’ll kill them.”
PRESENT
She didn’t.
She didn’t tell on me, which meant she chose me, so I’d never stop until I killed the Antonios and as many more perverted people as I could.
Man or woman, you touch a girl against her will, you die.
A knock came on the door and I flinched before I remembered that Jayden was still here.
He tried to open the door, but I had turned the latch. “Flower, are you in there?” He called out and I sighed. I really needed him to stop calling me Flower.
“I’ll proceed to cut this off too, okay?” His head shook as a way of saying no and I snickered. “I don’t want to be biased.” I shrugged and with a swing of my blade, the left pinky fell off and the ring finger dangled.
