A smirk formed on the corner of Idris’s lips, his fingers flickering over her hard nipples with the lather. Ashley felt wetness between her thighs that was not from the lather or water.

At the rogue community, Alpha Denzel and Luna Valerie arrived at the once-populated place that was now deserted.

Going straight to the rogue Alpha’s house, there was nobody there.

"It doesn’t seem like anyone lives here," Valerie observed. Denzel was confused. "Where else would he be?" Denzel asked rhetorically, looking around curiously for any clues.

"Do you think we should go in and check?" Valerie asked. Alpha Denzel was slightly reluctant.

"Let’s look around first."

The two of them checked around the community, but there was no sign of the occupants of the house.

When they entered the house and searched the bedrooms, there was still no sign of the two people.

Disappointment engulfed Alpha Denzel as he feared something bad must have happened to them.

"Does he have a phone? We could call," Valerie asked. Alpha Denzel remembered that the rogue Alpha did not have a phone.

If he did, he would have contacted his children by now. "No, he doesn’t. I will send someone to come and check again later, but I’m just sorry to disappoint Dad."

There was a saddened look on his face, as he guessed how empty and regretful Alpha Lawn would feel.

Perhaps they should have taken him along when they took his children with them.

Valerie was equally disenchanted, hoping to meet the couple who took in her father. There was nothing to hope for at the current state of the place, so they quickly left.

However, hope found them when they saw two familiar figures close to their car, seemingly waiting for them.

They had returned from their unsuccessful hunting for food to sleep on empty stomach when they saw a luxury car and were determined to know who owned it.

Perhaps, they could beg for some food or money to get some.

Alpha Denzel quickly made out the man, as he had never seen the woman before. "That’s him."

"Alpha Denzel," the rogue Alpha approached them with a look of surprise on his face. "Is Raven and Ray fine?" He asked worriedly. Alpha Denzel smiled faintly.

"Much better than you can imagine. I don’t know if you heard the good news, but Alpha Lawn reclaimed his pack and also reunited with his Luna. You are now invited to be a member of the Yellowstone pack."

The rogue Alpha and his mate were too shocked to express their joy. "I honestly did not think that he meant it when he promised making me a pack member."

"Well, Alphas don’t lie. He would have only changed his mind if you had joined Fusion’s attack. If you must know, he and all those involved are dead."

The rogue Alpha did not seem surprised. "I’m not surprised to hear that. I already knew they did not stand a chance. Here, my mate, Callister, but she loves to be called Lister for short."

It was easy to know that she was his mate because of her striking resemblance to Raven. She had the same petite features.

"I see where Raven took her resemblance from," Alpha Denzel observed. They all laughed.

"Yes, I guessed you would say that, but Ashley, how have you been?" He asked. Both Valerie and Alpha Denzel smiled.

"This is my mate and Luna, Valerie. Ashley is mated to Alpha Tristan of the Litha Moon Pack, so she already left but would be coronated in a week. You will see her there."

The couple was beyond happy. "Alpha Denzel, we can’t express our joy, but how do you make out your Luna and her sister? I could never make them out," he said honestly. "It’s a pleasure to meet you, Luna Valerie."

"The pleasure is mine, and I want to thank you for what you did for my father. If not, we would not have known that my mother was equally alive. Do you have anything to pick up? Mom already made arrangements for everything you’d need," Valerie revealed.

If not for her father’s presence, Eileen would not have revealed the truth.

"I don’t think there is anything valuable for us to need at the pack and I’m very happy to hear about your mother," the rogue Alpha said emotionally.

His dream to be a member of any pack died, and he only expected and wanted that for his children. Since that dream came through already, he did not mind dying a rogue.

However, the moon goddess smiled at him to give him a second chance at being a pack member, so he would not die a rogue.

This was beyond his expectation.

"It’s already getting late, so let’s go now," Alpha Denzel said.

The rogue Alpha and his mate could not hide their joy throughout the journey. It felt too good to be true, but Alpha Denzel would not lie to them.

Reaching the borders of the Yellowstone pack, their anticipation grew. No one had spoken in the car since they sat, and they were surprised that the pack was still alive.

"Is there a special event going on? They all seem to be awake at this time," the rogue king observed, thinking aloud.

"They are undergoing a punishment because of what they did to Valerie. Alpha Lawn has punished them to not eat or drink for three days but work their asses off. With one day gone, they still have two days left."

The rogue king smiled. "I see."

When Alpha Denzel pulled over in front of the pack house, they were surprised to see that Alpha Lawn and Luna Alma were still awake and personally came to receive them.

"Mom, Dad, you should be resting. Where is your beta? He is younger and should have continued the supervision in your place."

Alpha Lawn laughed. "You think I’m awake because of them? I wanted to see my old friend before going to bed," he revealed with a heartwarming laughter.

When the rogue king stepped out of the car with Callister, Alpha Lawn went to hug him.

"Oh, Gerald, it’s good to see you again."

The rogue King, Gerald, was surprised by this warmth and especially the fact that Alpha Lawn hugged him when he was so dirty-looking, also knowing that he smelled terribly from lack of shower for weeks.

There was no constant flow of water, and the rain was their best friend. If they didn’t get it, then they would have to use the little saved up for drinking and sometimes cooking.

Tears welled up in his eyes. "Alpha Lawn, you have no idea how grateful I am."

"You deserve it for taking me in and protecting me in my worst moment."

Alpha Denzel and Luna Valerie left, leaving the older generation to catch up on their short time together.

Three days later, it was Raven’s birthday, so Valerie was using Alice’s help to prepare a surprise, but everyone was amazed when Raven received three extra surprises.
