No one could see the Moon Goddess’s face, but they could tell from her voice that she was equally frustrated.

If she had her way, she would make the life of her children perfect but there were other gods watching from the ethereal realm.

If only Denzel knew that his previous disagreements with the Moon Goddess were due to the challenges she faced in the ethereal realm and the fact that her powers had temporarily been taken away.

There were battles she fought for her children that they would never know of. Though knowing that Denzel had a grudge against her before, it did not stop her for still loving him as her strongest creation.

"You know what we want," Valerie reminded her. They had everything: love, power, wealth, and family, but they needed an heir.

With Valerie not showing signs of being pregnant, she was afraid Denzel would one day grow weary of her or be pushed to the wall to take a surrogate.

Having an Alpha wolf had its pros and cons, Valerie was now thinking about.

If she had known, she would have delayed the coronation until after she got pregnant, but now that she was announced to the world, there was so much expected of her, especially with giving the pack an heir.

In other words, they could have their heir and still overcome all their challenges.

Selene’s voice resonated through her thoughts. "I love what you have become, Val, but now, I have to go."

The Goddess of Deception was afraid as she was being dragged away by the Moon Goddess. No one could see what she was going through.

"No, don’t take me. I won’t go with you," the Goddess of Seduction cried but disappeared with the Moon Goddess as her voice faded with the wind.

The voice of the Moon Goddess echoed, even when they could not see her anymore. "You must face punishment, but the Evergreen pack would forever be blessed."

Denzel smiled, and so did Valerie, as they joined hands together. All was not lost. "She blessed us. Did you notice?" Valerie asked with childish excitement. Denzel thought that she looked adorable.

"We have always been blessed," he kissed her on the cheek. Pulling away, he wrapped his arms around her. "It’s a sure sign that nothing and no one would be able to defeat us."

Valerie leaned into his chest as he instructed the warriors. "Cremate this body."

He was referring to Orion’s corpse. Then he turned to Burke and instructed, "Burke, please make sure our guests are comfortable."

The members of the Evergreen pack were already retiring to their homes, and those who had been received at the pack house earlier had equally left, so it reminded those who arrived this morning.

Their packs were not far, but still, it was too late for them. A few of them decided to leave, as they had not planned to sleep over and had not brought their daily necessities.

The fraction that was left behind to be hosted was still overwhelming. This was a day Burke knew that all the guest rooms in the pack house would be filled to the brim for the first time, and the catering company would have to serve everyone breakfast after they wake up, as it was already morning.

He was happy for the fraction that decided to leave, escorting them to their cars with the help of Ashley, Luna Fernanda, Alessia, and the Alpha King.

As they were about to leave, Valerie recalled something after seeing two familiar people and revealed, "What about the warriors, Darius and Sun?"

The two warriors froze in place. They were initially happy that everyone had forgotten about them, but not Valerie.

Those who brutalized her during her first coronation had been taken care of by Alpha Denzel and Godic earlier on, but these two were still breathing free because they had not taken part in brutalizing Luna Valerie.

At that time, they were assigned to be welcoming the guests.

If they had told Alpha Lawn what Tristan and Scarlet planned, they would have been rewarded by choosing to betray their Alpha.

"Beat them and throw them in the dungeon. Alpha Lawn would pass the final judgment," Alpha Denzel declared.

There were no worries. Videos would circulate on how the people in the dungeon were dealt with later.

Darius and Sun were being dealt with when Alpha Denzel and Luna Valerie left.

As they approached the pack house hand in hand, Alpha Ludwig hastened to Alpha Denzel, and what he said made Alpha Denzel sad.

With all the guests being hosted at the pack house, he was sure to not see Alpha Denzel at the time he would be ready to leave, or Alpha Denzel might just not have the time, so this was the best opportunity.

"Go ahead." Alpha Denzel stopped and said to him as Valerie went ahead to the pack house, eager to see her mother.

With a slight nervousness, Alpha Ludwig gathered momentum to let it all out. "That girl, Raven, is my second chance mate."

Sorrow dulled Alpha Denzel’s eyes. He had good plans for Robin and also liked the fact that she was gifted.

"How could you know? She will be seventeen in a week," he pointed out. Ludwig finally understood the reason why Raven did not recognize him.

A smile stretched his lips. He was ready to wait and was glad that Charlotte had messed up. Who knew that he would have married a transmigrated version of Luna Valerie’s auntie?

"That is why she doesn’t recognize the bond, but I hope you won’t stop me from taking her with me? She’s mine," he said possessively.
