Seeing Alessia only meant that Denzel went above and beyond to make Valerie happy on this special day, making her heart swell with joy.

Finally, it seemed that all her family and loved ones were together in one place.

There was only one person missing, and that was her mother. Valerie hoped that wherever she was, she would be smiling because her daughter faced the most terrible betrayal and came out better.

"Denzel allowed us, but we have to leave tonight, right after the coronation. He knew we couldn’t miss it for anything," Alessia revealed. Valerie was shocked that Denzel allowed Alessia to leave the business, but how could Alessia be here alone?

"So, did you come with Godic?"

"Yes. You look stunning, and who is your look-alike?" Alessia asked, smiling at Ashley. She already guessed she could be family.

"Ashley, my elder sister. Did you forget?"

It suddenly clicked that Ashley was the woman in the video. She sure has some guts.

"Has Denzel resolved his matters?" Alessia asked teasingly, recalling how Valerie had to pay for her elder sister’s sins.

"Yes. Everything is fine," Valerie assured her, and the two embraced each other.

"It’s a pleasure to meet you, Ashley." Alessia embraced Ashley after pulling away from Valerie. Ashley embraced her, pulling away as she inquired.

"Mine too. Alpha Denzel’s sister, right? You are so stunning."

Alessia blushed but frowned a little. "You still address him by his title? Come on, you are family. Call him by his first name and don’t let him intimidate you."

Everyone laughed as Alessia went to embrace Luna Fernanda. "Mom, you look so gorgeous."

"Thank you, Aless. I hope we talk for a bit before you leave. Are you pregnant already?" Luna Fernanda asked suspiciously. Alessia smiled and shook her head.

How she wished she was. "No, but I’m trying very hard. I want to have a son or daughter who looks exactly like my mate," she said and ran out of the room.

She had brought so much excitement just with her presence, and Luna Fernanda saw it as a cue to join the occasion as well.

"I should be leaving too. I guess you both would make the entry together."

Downstairs, Alpha Denzel waited for a signal, which came soon after Luna Fernanda left. Only a few maids remained with Alpha Lawn, Valerie, and Ashley.

’Alpha Tristan and Luna Scarlet are here with two warriors, Dairus and Sun.’

"It’s time," Alpha Denzel murmured as he ended the mind link. Good enough, they came with the warriors who helped to accomplish their plans.

At the luxury tent, the guests were bewildered by everything, especially with the decor.

"This is the best outdoor event tent I’ve ever seen. Alpha Denzel knows how to raise the margin," one of the Lunas said. Her Alpha gave her a glare, feeling less.

Expecting to have some peace, another one took up the comment.

"He must love Luna Valerie so much to put this up for her. How lucky she is to be loved by such a powerful man."

"This place looks like heaven. Luna Valerie should be grateful to Alpha Tristan for rejecting her," the first Luna said to the hearing of Scarlet and Tristan, who were sitting in front of them.

Godic stood close to them as Alpha Denzel had assigned him with a responsibility.

"Yes. I heard that the Yellow Stone Pack faced a lot of problems because of that. I’m surprised they are still surviving," the gossip continued. Scarlet wished she hadn’t come.

These Lunas wanted the favor of the Evergreen Pack, so their focus was to sabotage Scarlet.

"Yet, Luna Scarlet still looks so expensive. She must have spent the pack’s fortune on her outfit alone."

All attention focused on Scarlet’s expensive dress, and sadly, she could not even lift her head in the heat of the moment.

These Lunas were after her, and her presence felt like a mistake. How would she attract her second chance mate this way?

Even if he were here, he might just reject her like Alpha Ludwig did.

"Yes, that outfit must be very expensive, but I would not show myself here if I were her. Do you remember the embarrassment she faced at Alpha Ludwig’s coronation?"

During Valerie’s coronation, she had been by her side only to turn against her. Not getting the opportunity this time made her feel left out.

Valerie said she had forgiven her but had not allowed her into her world or even asked for her support.

For a moment, Scarlet was tempted to leave before it was too late, but the warriors were already closing up the entrances to the tents.

"Why are they closing all the exits?" she asked worriedly. Tristan replied in annoyance.

"How would I know? It’s their event, and they are free to do what they like."

Showing up with Scarlet was torture to his soul, and he had to forcefully endure it since Scarlet’s rejection of her pack had not been announced.

Scarlet was uneasy but kept the rest to herself.

There were round tables of six to ten, but there were also reserved tables. This was the biggest event, and yet, it was so comfortable with waitresses moving around with glasses of wine.

On one of the reserved tables sat Luna Fernanda and the Alpha King Spartan.

"I am honored to welcome all of you to the coronation ceremony of our famous Luna Valerie," the emcee began to address them.

The pack members were already excited and began cheering for their Luna as the emcee continued to speak.

"Distinguished Alphas and betas, warriors, pack members, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Ken, and I’m your emcee for today’s occasion."

"Without much ado, I wish to introduce the host and the coordinator of the event, who is none other than our Alpha King Spartan."

Some of the Alphas were not happy because the Alpha King rarely attended the coronation these days, leaving that duty to his other officials. But they heard that he even came the day before and was even playing the role of the host.

Spartan went to the podium, dressed in his ceremonial suit.

"Thank you all for coming, but this event cannot start without the presence of some prominent people. I wish to welcome, as a special guest of honor, the father of Luna Valerie, Alpha Lawn."

The hall broke out in murmurs, and Scarlet paled.
