Cain and I hadn't left on good terms. I was mad not even at him but in general and he was frustrated with me.

We kissed goodbye and all that and we said I love you but everything was just off.

I'm not sure if it's because I slit the throat of a man I used to love or the fact that an obsessed banshee was living in the castle.

Cain has decided to leave the same night as me, I guess to show me I had nothing to worry about and I know I didn't. I knew he was not a man dumb enough to fumble this.

I appreciated that he decided to remove himself from the situation, I trusted him 100% but I didn't trust her and in a world of magic who knows.

Cain had sent me with Zaros and Tariq even though I had only wanted Alara and had agreed to Attor because he gave Cain peace of mind.

"Baby are you awake?" I hear Cain whisper in my head.

We had stopped to rest for part of the night.

"I'm awake" I reply. "I don't like how we left things" he says.

"Me either" I sigh. "So do you want to tell me why you are mad?

" he questions. "No" I answer. "Nova, I'm trying but you have to work with me a little. " he says softly.

When I don't say anything he says "I have never looked at and will never look at Aurelia in a romantic way.

I only have eyes for you, my heart belongs to you and so does you know" I could see him smiling to himself with the last part.

"I know you would never stray Cain and I know you left the same night as me to give me peace of mind" I reply.

"I just.." I didn't think I could bring myself to say it.

"Take your time my love" he encourages me.

Staring at Indi I begin tearing up. "My love why are you crying?

" he sounds worried. "I am wandering if I am actually like Nora and fucking up fulfilling the prophecy.

Like you father is dead and Indra is dead and I killed Emmett.

Indra said I bring death" I cry. "Talon got what was coming to him, you had nothing to do with Indra and Emmett was a threat to our daughter I would have done the same" he replies.

"You are nothing like Nora and I am nothing like Cain we actually talk out our frustrations quite quickly" he adds.

"That's true" I laugh a little. "I would never let you go to bed angry and if needed I would fuck the attitude right out of you and when you are relaxed we would talk it out" he says.

"How very kind of you" I shake my head.

"Anything for my Queen. I would do anything for you Nova" he continues.

"Maybe we should move to Eurth" he says after some time.

"Cain we have been over this" I sigh.

"Life would be simpler" he presses.

"Humans have problems and I think me adjusting to here is easier than you adjusting there" I reply.

"Meaning?" "You can't go around threatening people one or being violent and so on" I point out.

"Mmmh I suppose you are right, I was just thinking maybe our children would have an easier time there" he says thoughtfully.

"I highly doubt that. Besides once the world's are one it won't matter well there will be a lot of adjusting but I think it may be fun to do as a family" I smile.

"You are absolutely right" he chuckles.

"Why are you still awake?" he questions. "I couldn't sleep" I tell him.

"I can be there in 3 hours" he states.

"That's not necessary my love, I will try to sleep now.

Goodnight I love you" I mentally blow him a kiss.

"Goodnight I love you more".

When I wake up we are nearly there. "I put you on Attor hope that's alright" Tariq says shyly.

"Flirting Tariq Ares wouldn't like that" Zaros teases. "Zaros leave Tariq alone" I say.

When we land we are greeted by an overly excited woman with black hair that kind of looked like.

.."Alara!!!" she squeals and wraps her into a big bear hug.

"Mama" Alara hugs her back tight. The woman was Alara's twin or the other way around.

"Oh you must be Nova" she comes to hug me but stops when she notices Indi and calms herself down just slightly before wrapping us into a bear hug.

"It's so nice to meet you she exclaims. It's nice to meet you too um.

." I laugh nervously. "Call me mama" she hold my face in her hands smiling.

"Alara has told me all about you through her letters, you are absolutely incredible and might I say extremely gorgeous your husband is a lucky man".

"Awwwh who is this angel" she turns her attention to Indi.

"Hi little one" she tickles Indi's belly making her giggle.

"And you! Sooo handsome no wander my daughter loves you" she goes to hug Zaros who hugs her back.

"Mama! That is not Vato" Alara exclaims. Mama pulls back and stares at the man "Are you sure?

" she squints at him. "Mama I think I know what the man I love looks like" she huffs.

"That's one of the people assigned to protect me Zaros and that's Tariq".

"You came with a dragon" a man points out.

"Oh Attor yes my husband won't let me leave without him" I blush.

"So it's true what they say you are of valuable" he says.

"Um I guess" I shrug. "Oh Papa leave the girl alone" Mama scolds him.

"Who is that?" I ask Alara. "An old man he is like everyone's grandfather but we all just call him papa" she replies.

"Come on daughters, and men. You must be famished" we follow her to a cute little house. As we do people whisper and point. Upon entering the house three very attractive men are sitting laughing at a table. "Little sister you have finally come to visit you!" One jumps up to hug her.

"Oh who is this" the other two come to inspect me. Tariq starts growling as they approach. "Fynnrir and Leif, leave Nova alone!" Alara says. Ignoring her they come closer. "You are truly Radiant" Leif says. "My Queen I would love to get to know you" Fynnrir winks at me making me blush.

"Nova is spoken for" Zaros growls. "Yes and?

" Fynnrir shrugs. "Let us eat" Mama interrupts.

Fynnrir sits right next to me "Allow me to hold the babe so you can eat my Queen?

". "Oh um that's fine, if she allows". "Hi Angel, Fynnrir is going to hold you so mama can eat" Indi smiles so I try to hand her to him.

"Hello princess" he gently taps her nose.

Indi frowns but when he does it again she starts babbling like she is telling him off.

"You tell him Indi" I encourage. As Indi and Fynnrir have their conversation I enjoy seeing how happy Alara is interacting with her family.

I couldn't wait to have this with Cain, Indi and the other children we may have.
