A voice that didn't belong to the cave troll starts narrating.

Long ago peace reigned through the land.

Humans, Elf, vampires and the like lived happily in harmony.

"I'm sorry are you saying humans and mythical creatures all lived together?

" I interrupt. Who dares interrupt? the voice asks.

"I apologise it is the descendant of Nora" Cave troll replies.

Nora the bringer of pain, Nora the divider of worlds, mother of chaos.

Tell me are you a daughter of chaos? the voice asks me.

"Um no?" I mumble.

The genetic pool was vast we had hybrids of all kinds. However royals were forbidden to pollute their bloodline well the first borns that is. One particular royal stumbled upon a head strong human female and fell in love instantly. A forbidden love and a dangerous one at that .

I see a man who looks similar to Cain smiling at a the lady who had my face. They seemed so happy and in love but then again isn't that how most tragic love stories began. What did this bitch do? I was mad and I didn't even know her.

They were so in love they decided to elope and start a family in a far away land.

When the King caught wind of this he sent for Nora.

However someone had gotten to her first, someone dark, promising her the things of her dreams in exchange for one thing to deliver gifts throughout the realm.

Little did she know the gifts would sow the seed of doubt among his enemies.

The task seemed simple enough but what she didn't realize was she had signed herself up to start a war.

One of the Kings scouts had followed Nora and reported what he had seen.

The King then used this to pollute his sons mind.

The prince refused to believe it so the King asked him to ask his precious human where she had been.

Of course Nora was sworn to secrecy that was part of the deal to be able love freely.

The Prince was heart broken that his love would betray him in such a manner.

If he couldn't trust the woman he loved who could he trust?

The Prince agreed to marry the woman of his fathers choosing.

After completing her mission Nora went to the designated meeting point they had discussed.

She waited and waited but the prince did not show.

Determined to find her love she marched to the castle. What she found there broken her heart in two. The prince was at the alter with another woman, locked in a passionate embrace.

"You lied to me" she whispered. I saw Cain's look alike give her the dirtiest look, if Cain ever did that I would fuck him up. "You were just something to pass the time" he snaps. He did not say that chile come on now. Just talk to her I mentally screamed.Nora's face broke my heart.

"Silence Nora's descendant"the voice demanded. "I'm not even talking" I think to myself. You are thinking too loudly now may I continue? the voice snaps. I just nod.

Hearing her lovers words cuts her like a knife.Nora lets out a painful blood chilling scream. Despite his cold exterior the prince wanted to rush to her and tell her he didn't mean it. Then the thought of her with the dark one made him turn away from her.

Nora ran and ran until she couldn't and ended up in the arms of the dark one. She vowed to destroy her lover which is exactly what he had wanted. When the time came Nora was by the dark ones side, the seeds of hatred sowed.

War waged, death and destruction. On the day Nora would face her lover the dark one had been plotting with the King. The King knew as long as Nora was alive his son would not take the throne when the time came.

"Nova...its the song, the one Rinus forbid you to sing" Alara whispers.

I had so many thoughts running in my head I had stopped paying attention plus I felt a weird pain in my stomach I was trying to ignore.

As I focused I realized Alara was right, why did I know this song? I felt like I had heard it on earth.

Nora rode by the dark ones side in battle and he ordered her to take her lovers life.

Humming her song of death she slowly approached him.

Placing her sword in his back. "If you wish to kill me, you should watch the life leave my body" he tells her.

"Turn around slowly" she ordered. He complied and moved the sword over his heart.

"If I can not have you then I do not wish to live" he says. "I do not understand" Nora stops humming. "You are all I desire Nora". "You are lying" she tells him. "Then run your blade through my heart". Away from his fathers watchful eye the prince felt he could speak freely.

"Before I die, why are you doing the dark ones bidding?" he asked her. "For us" she whispered. "Do you know what he had you deliver?" he questioned. "I can't remember" she says. "Oh my love" he sighs. "Nora kill him!" the dark one yells.

"He tricked me" she mumbles. "We have both been deceived" he stands.

"You used me" she turns toward the dark one.

"My girl you are the bringer of death, pretty but poison, not destined to be a Queen.

Such silly delusions" he smiles. "Cain dies today either by your hand or mine, fufill your destiny" he snaps.

With Nora's mind running wild she lets her guard down allowing the dark one to pierce her heart.

Nora turns to her love with sorrow in her eyes.

"Wait wait wait, my Cain was named after that Cain?

" I ask in shock. "Aaah" I crumple to the ground.

"Nova what's wrong?" Alara kneels with me.

"I think something is wrong with the baby" as I say it I realize what is happening.

"The baby is coming" I whisper. "Right now?

" Alara asks. "I don't know" I try to breath through the pain.

"You are with child?" the voice asks. I just nod. "You let her in here with child?" the voice seems to panic. "You are carrying the first hybrid in awhile" the cave troll says. "Isn't Rinus one?" I ask through the pain. "Well yes, though....

"I shall be quick"the voice says.

As life started to leave Nora's body her lover slew the dark one.

He then took her to this cave and to me.

"Who are you?" Alara asks. "I am everything" the voice says.

Not an answer but okay. Nora's lover Cain asked me to give her life back, he could not live without her.

I can do many things but their is always a price.

Cain could have Nora's life back but for the safety of the realm and that of all humans.

Her kind could not stay in this world. Cain asked for her life back and for her and her kind to have a world of their own.

Since the memories would be painful for all parties he also asked to have everyones memory wiped.

For no one to remember the tragedy that befell this world.

That was the birth of your world Nova. Not all memories can be suppressed. Your ancestors had male descendants but to heal the wound a female descendant was needed that is you. You are Nova the bringer of new beginnings.

Breathing in and out I say "That's great and all but what am I supposed to do?

". I have done what I can." thevoice tells me.

"What do you mean done what you can?" Alara asks.

"Emmett and the Siren son of Talon" she replies.

"Nova is the first female of her bloodline in years.

" "The song, why do I know the song?

" I wheeze. "Lullaby Nora sang to her children, she didn't know why she had the tune in her head but I suppose you were sung the same song as a child" the voice says.

"Aaaaah fuck it hurts" I clench my fists. "What must Nova do?" Alara tries again. "I wish you success Nova" is the last thing I hear before I wake up.

"Nova! Alara! Thank the seas you are alright" Rinus exclaims as he hugs us. "What happened?" I ask. "The cave troll taped your forehead and then you two were unresponsive. I was so worried you were laying still for 4 weeks" he says.

"No we were in there for like a minute the story wasn't even that long" I shake my head.

"Four weeks!" Alara exclaims. "Aaaah, fuck okay" I try and breath.

"Oh Nova is in labor" Alara says. "For how long?

" Rinus asks. "Clearly time is different where-ever we were so we don't know" I snap. "Home now Rinus" Alara orders.
