"Your tasks are done for the day; you are free to do as you please" Prince Cain dismisses me. What to do on my day off? Alara was working so I decided to wander around the garden, there was a maze I decided to go into.

I like puzzles and the sort so I went in confidently, after about 20 minutes I was disoriented. "Stupid dumb maze" I mumble. "Nova?" I hear his voice from the other side of the hedge. "Ares?" "Don't move I will come get you" he says. I stay put.

"There you are" he reaches for me but stops to take in my dress.

"That is a lot of skin" he finally says.

"I had to help the prince win over his uncle" I say.

"Oh Lord Bain is as stubborn as they come", he says as I follow him into the heart of the maze.

I sit on the bench and stare at the fountain.

"Did you only kiss me yesterday because you have never kissed a human?" I ask him. "No" he replies. I nod to myself "Nova, I find you attractive" he says. I turn to him looking to see if there was deceit in his eyes. "To be honest it is taking everything not to pull you into my arms.

"Oh" was all I could say I was in shock. I turn to look at him and see the desire in his eyes. It's been a while since I had any action and interacting with Lord Bain made me miss flirting. I move closer to Ares who eyes me nervously "I find you attractive as well" I whisper.

He places his hand on top of mine when we turn to look at each other I kiss him.

Ares kisses me back tenderly before trailing kisses on my neck making me sigh.

Ares then kneels in front of me running his hands up my exposed thighs.

I suck in a breath as he looks at me for permission.

When I nod, I feel his warm breath on me.

Ares hovers just before my aching core, he plays with the hem of my panties as he places kisses along my thighs. I am holding in a breath waiting for him to touch me, as if he can hear me, I feel the cool air and the flick of his tongue.

He begins flicking consistently before sucking on me.

Ares eats me like I am his favorite meal.

I feel the familiar tension before I shiver with pleasure.

Ares comes up beaming at me, his stubble glinting with my wetness.

I blush as he moves to splash his face with water from the fountain.

He comes back and places gentle kisses on my thighs before one on my lips.

Feeling awkward I press my thighs together. "Can you help me out of the maze?" I ask quietly. "Of course, beautiful" he stands up and offers me his hand. I blush but take it and follow him out. When we get near the clearing, I wiggle my hands free and let my hair down.

In all honesty I didn't want people to get any ideas so I pretended to fix my hair. As we approach the entrance it takes all my energy to not run to my room. "Ares" someone runs up to him, I take my leave and walk as fast as I can to my room.
