As the sun starts to set, I become a little cold.

Cain puts everything away and takes out a blanket wraping it around me before placing me in-between his legs.

I try and focus on the sunset as I lean into him.

"This is nice" I say. "I think I enjoy dates" he says into my hair.

I giggle a little making Cain stare down at me.

"You are even more beautiful when the sun shines on you, you are glowing my little fawn" he says as he caresses my face. He was complimenting me, but he was the work of art between the two of us. Staring into each other's eyes I get a warm feeling in my belly.

Were those butterflies? Cain leans closer to my face and my heart starts racing. "Your heart is beating fast" he tells me. "Your face is so close to mine" I whisper. "Is it?" he says his eyes flicking to my lips.

"Nova, may I kiss you?" the vampire King-to-be was asking for my consent? "Yes" I breath. Cain gently brushes his lips against mine, they are surprisingly warm.

I grab his shirt and pull him down so our lips are firmly pressed against each other. I hear him chuckle. I deepen the kiss wanting more of him, when he finally pulls away, I am breathless.

I turn myself around and straddle him, wrapping my legs around him. Cain observes me the entire time. "What do you think your doing?" he asks. Instead of answering I press my lips onto his kissing gently, I bite his lower lip and pull. To which Cain groans, that was all the incentive I needed.

I lick his top lip and begin to trail kisses along his very chiseled face.

Then down his jaw to his neck nibbling and sucking as I move across his skin.

"Nova..." he whispers. "mmmh" I say against him.

"You are my first" he says. I pull away to look into his beautiful eyes "First what? " I murmur. "First kiss" he says.

"Wait what? how is that possible?!" I search his eyes for answers. "You bedded 100 women but I am your first kiss?" I continue. "Yes" he looks away from me. "Explain" I say softly. "I never kissed them on the lips".

"How can you have sex without that?" I question. "Well it always starts with me feeding from them and then they are basically ready for me" he shrugs. "Were you not curious how kissing would feel?" I press. "No, there was no one who sparked that interest in me until you".

"When did you want to kiss me?" I look at him. "I think when you were giving me a shave" he mumbles. "I just looked at you and the urge was there, I managed to control it". "Wow, I am honored to be your first date and kiss" I smile at him.

After our little talk, I went back to sitting in-between his legs to watch the sun disappear. "Are you ready to go?" Cain finally asked. "Aw its over already?" I whined. "I will take you on another my love" he kisses my forehead.

"Promise?" I stare up at him. "I promise" he smiles down at me. Cain tells me to cover my ears and then lets out a loud whistle like noise and within minutes Attor lands behind us.

Cain places me on him then gathers our stuff before climbing on top of Attor. Before we take off Cain takes off his shirt and puts it on me as well as wraps the blanket around me. Once he is done Attor takes off, the ride is short we arrive in no time.

Cain gets down and then helps me as a servant comes to collect our stuff as well as free Attor from the saddle.

I give Attor a kiss and thank him from taking to and from safely.

I walk hand in hand with Cain all the way to our wing, he stops in front of my door.

"Thank you taking me on a date, I loved it" I kiss him on the cheek.

"I did too, I would like to do it again soon" he smiles at me. "Cain?" I whisper. "Yes my Queen?" he cocks his head at me. "I am not sure if its allowed but if it is can I sleep with you?". Cain looks shocked but composes himself "you want to consummate our marriage before we are married?".

"Oh um, no I more meant fall asleep with you by my side and your arms around me" I blush and look away.

"Oh" he says, I think I hear the disappointment in his voice.

"We don't have to, I just...I don't want to be away from you" I whisper.

Cain grabs my hand and leads me to his room closing the door.

"I don't want to be away from you either" he places a gentle kiss on my lips. I had to keep it together, I only had two glasses of wine I can't be this slutty already. Cain proceeds to undress until he is just in his underwear.

I shield my eyes when he pulls them down and disappears into the closet coming out in what I think were long pj pants. He hands me a dark blue long-sleeve shirt that I think went with his pants. I turn around and begin to fidget with my dress, I think him watching wasn't helping.

"Allow me" he comes behind me and unzips the dress exposing my back. "Thank you" I mumble. I hear him disappear into the bathroom and I quickly pull the dress down and take off my under-garments before putting the shirt on. Since he was tall the shirt reached my knees which was nice.

I walked out of the room and used my bathroom cleaning my face and giving myself two corn-rows to sleep in before putting my scarf on. I then walked back into Cain's room. "Where did you go?" he asks when I walk in.

"To use my bathroom" I tell him. "You can use mine" he informs me. "You were in there" I say. "You want to sleep with me but not use the bathroom with me? You are an interesting woman Nova".

"It's different, and I want to cuddle not sleep with you." I correct him. "Cuddle?" he scratches his stubble. "Laying next to each other with our arms around each other is called cuddling". "Well then my sweet, lets cuddle".

I lay my head on the pillow as Cain pulls me into him. As I get comfortable and about to close my eyes Cain gasps. "You aren't wearing panties?" he whispers. "I usually don't sleep with them on" I tell him.

"Did you do this on Eurth?" he questions. "Yes, now go to sleep" I say. I feel Cain move his arm to pull the shirt over my butt, before holding me again. It took everything not to laugh at his action.
