"Nova!" she grabs me and looks me over. Before I say anything to Cains she rips my shirt off to inspect me further.

"Alara!" I squeal trying to cover myself.

"We have both seen you now be still" she orders.

I look at Cain for help, but he shakes his head, Alara drags me into the bathroom and makes sure I am spotless and in a gorgeous pink corset dress.

"Alara? Do you have something that makes you feel relaxed and free that I can take?" I ask. She squints at me "Explain". "Its called weed and you can smoke it or eat it then you feel well I feel at peace and giggly and hungry" I try to explain.

"Oh! I will be back" she leaves me alone. I take a deep breath and try to calm my nerves. I watched a lot of gore so the whole thing with Rinus didn't affect me much. I think seeing a live dead body was bothering me a little.

"Here Alara hands me something, don't tell Cain or Vato" she whispers.

"What is it?" I ask. "Not sure" she still whispers.

"Who gave it to you?" I whisper back. "I have seen Keeva use it and it gives the effects you mentioned".

"So you stole it from Keeva?" I say shocked.

This Alara was interesting "She won't miss it" she laughs.

"Here half for me and half for you" we bring the substance to our mouths and chew.

"Ugh that was awful!" I say but seeing her face she agrees.

"How long do you think it will take to work?

" she asks. "The one I used to take maybe 30 minutes" I say.

We lay on the bed staring at the ceiling as we wait for something to happen.

"Talon got what was coming to him" Alara finally says.

"I am more surprised about Rinus, he seems to be full of surprises" I respond.

"That is such a weird word surprises" she laughs.

I couldn't tell if I was laughing because hers was contagious or because we took something.

"I think we should head to the hall before they come looking for us. " She says rolling out of bed.

I watch as she falls off and I begin to laugh, she pops up quickly "I'm ready" she laughs. I do the opposite of her and slide off the bed, we hold hands as we walk to the hall. Cain was talking to a buff tattooed man "Excuse me" I mumble pushing my way to sit in the chair.

I pull Alara into my lap and hug her "You smell like spring" I whisper.

"I was born in Spring" she squeals. "Nova, my friend, my Queen, a wise woman" she claps.

"Nova?" Cain stares at us. I get up and touch his face "I like your pretty face" I squeeze his cheeks.

The buff man bursts out laughing, I walk past Cain and inspect him.

I reach out to touch his bicep "Wow, impressive".

Cain grabs me away from the man "Nova this is my childhood friend Theron".

"My Queen" he bows. I free myself from Cain and wrap Theron in a bear hug "I'm so happy to meet you!

I didn't know Cain had friends". Theron chuckles and hugs me slightly "I like this one Cain".

"Nova come see" Alara calls to me. I walk to the window and stare out with her.

"That mountain moved" she whispers. I squint and focus on the mountain and it did move kind of like it was quietly sneaking away.

"My love why don't you two come sit down" Cain leads us both to the table.

"Are they alright" Vato asks. I turn and grab Vato's face "I've never been better". "My Queen" Ares bows before sitting.

"Ares son of Astrid" Alara jumps into his lap. I watch as she hugs him tight. "Lady Alara" he awkwardly hugs her. Alara rests her head on his shoulder "Nova come join me" she holds out her hand. I willing move and sit on his lap as well. "I see what you meant" she whispers.

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" she looks at me mischievously.

We at the count of three attack Ares with kisses on each cheek.

"Wow I could get used to this" he chuckles.

"Alara! What are you doing?" Vato sounds annoyed.

"Vato relax they are clearly on something" Ares laughs. "What does that mean?" he snaps.

"Alara and Nova on the white wolfs lap?" Rinus bursts out laughing.

"This is not funny" Vato reaches for Alara.

"Noo, I'm comfortable" she pushes him away.

"Nova and Alara are high" Rinus laughs. "This is the best day of my life" he beams. "Rinus enough" Cain snaps.

"Cain do something" Vato pleads. "They are just sitting" he sighs.

"That doesn't bother you?" I hear Theron ask.

"I am more worried as to what they have taken" he says.

I start giggling against Ares skin which makes Alara giggle.

"My love, did you eat something when I left you with Alara?

" I hear him ask. We start shushing each other as we try to stop laughing.

"It's a secret" I whisper. "Tell me?" Rinus smiles at me.

"Noo" Alara intervenes. "They can't keep secrets" she looks at the men in the room.

"Do you hear that music?" I sit up and look around. I get up and start dancing, "Alara the song changed come dance with me" I yell. She rushes over and dances next to me. "There is no music playing right?" Ares asks. "Listen it's everywhere Ares" I smile at him.

"Perhaps the Queen is possessed" I hear Bower snicker.

"You could use this, you are wound up so tight Bow".

I sway toward Cain "Bow should try some right?

". "Yes, give me some so I can give it to him" he smiles.

"I can't I don't have anymore". "What did you eat?

" he presses gently. I burst out laughing, "you can't trick me".

"It's snowing Nova look" Alara twirls. "Snow angels" I whisper.

"What? Where?" she twirls toward me. I lie down and pat the floor next to me, Alara does the same.

I begin to move my arms and legs, "like this" I say.

"Oooh" she does the same laughing with joy.

"This is amazing, Vato when must do this whenever it snows" she whispers.

"Vato?!" she says a little louder. "Of course my love" he replies with a sigh.

"I want whatever they are on" Rinus laughs. Theron comes and sits next to me. "You are peculiar My Queen". "You can call me Nova" I reply rolling onto my stomach to look at him. "I don't think Cain would like that very much Queen Nova".

"Can you tell me what you ate today?" he questions. I try and think but, I couldn't remember eating at all. "Nothing, I was supposed to have breakfast when..." my voice trails off. I lean in and whisper "Can you keep a secret?" Theron nods.

"I haven't eaten today except Keeva's special something".

"What was it?" he whispers back. "I don't know, but I love it".

"Fooooood!" Alara yells. I watch as she uses her powers and collects is a giant plate setting it between us.

When we are finished, I puff my belly out "Food baby" I mumble.

"Me too" she shows me her belly. "Mine is bigger than yours" she laughs.

"This is a boring party; I grab the wine off the table drinking some and handing it to Alara. That's when everything became a blur, the people and the events of the night.
