"When will you be back?" Cain questions.

"A couple days, a week max" I say. "I am going to miss you" he kisses me softly.

Kneeling down he puts his ear to my belly "Hi little one, take care of mommy.

I love you" he kisses my belly. Cain then grabs my face and kisses me passionately and smiles when he pulls away. "Incentive to come back fast".

"Nova, we are ready" Rinus calls. "I love you byeee" I kiss him and walk to Attor.

"My Queen" Attor greets me. "Its nice to see you again" I smile.

Cain comes and helps Alara then I up. Before Rinus gets up Cain grabs him by the throat "Not.

One. Fucking. Scratch". "Understood" Rinus says as he hops up.

Cain says something to Attor who seems to nod.

We take off and I wave until we are high up in the clouds.

Rinus tells Attor something and after 5 minutes we land.

"That was quick" Alara says. "Oh we have a long ways to go, we are stopping so I can tell Attor where we actually need to go" Rinus says.

"Why did we pretend to fly in this direction?

" I ask. "I will not do it" Attor snarls.

"Its where we need to go" Rinus says annoyed.

"Where?" I ask. "It is too dangerous especially for the Queen and the heir" Attor tells Rinus.

"Where am I supposed to go?" I ask louder.

"Kinanxto" Rinus says making Alara gasp.

"Rinus are you crazy, Cain will kill us all if we go there" she exclaims.

"Its where I meet Indra, its where Nova needs to go" he says firmly.

"Then it is where I will go" I say. They all stare at me looking anxoius, if I just need to look at something we won't be there long".

"Nova they say no one makes it out of there alive or the same" Alara says softly.

"Rinus did and he seems fine" well fine a bit of a stretch.

"Look we are four and Rinus was alone until he met Indra, we will be fine.

Attor can guard the entrance and Rinus can stand watch inside and Alara you can stay by my side that way nothing will surprise us" I try to sound confident.

"As you wish my Queen" Attor caves first. "May Cain have mercy on us" Alara sighs.

The flight was silent, I had no idea what I was getting into.

If my ancestors fucked something up knowing it would change me in general.

It took three days to fly there, when we finally landed everyone seemed on edge.

We had to walk a little to the cave but other than that this area seemed lifeless, not sure if that was good or bad.

"Attor if you sense danger call out" I kiss his nose.

"Of course my Queen" he moves to block the entrance.

Alara immediately holds my hand as Rinus lights a torch and leads us through.

"Are we there yet?" I ask. "No" he replies.

Alara hands me a snack from the pack and some water. "Thanks" I give her hand a squeeze.

"Rinus if we are lost just say that" Alara snaps. We had been walking for three hours. "Its over here" he says excitedly. Rinus sets the torch down and stands staring at a wall. "Rinus I know you did not bring me here to stare at a fucking wall" I snap. "That looks exactly like you" he says.

Alara pick up the torch bringing it to the wall.

"That is an eerie resemblance" Alara says holding my hand tighter.

"Who the fuck is that and why does she have my face?

" I ask. "When Emmett showed me a picture of you, I kept having a feeling I saw you somewhere and it didn't make sense, but now it does" Rinus says.

"You took me from earth because of a painting?

" I ask. "No I thought you would be a good match for Cain" he answers.

"Why is this lady even on this wall" I ask.

"In the old days people wrote stories or prophecies on a wall my grandmother used to tell us when we were younger" Alara says.

"Prophecy?" I run my finger tips on the painting.

"Indra did say something about your ancestors" Alara says.

"Ow fuck" I pull my finger away. "Blood I smell blood.

Nova?" Rinus panics. "Its fine I just nicked my finger.

" I says. The cave starts making a groaning noise and then that is replaced by a lot of whispering.

"Rinus?" Alara says pulling me back away from the painting.

"Descendant of Nora, I've been waiting for you" a voice says.

"Who is Nora?" I whisper. "Do you not recognise your face?

" the voice asks. Rinus lets out a loud growl.

"Ah son of Talon, it's nice to see you survived".

"Show yourself" he demands. The cave rumbles and we hear rocks falling "That's better" a voice from behind us has us backing up toward the painting.

"Who are you?" Alara asks. "My name is not important, what is is that Nora's descendant is here to right the wrongs" the cave lady says.

" What are you?" I ask. "A cave troll" she cracks her back.

"Are you by yourself?" I ask. "Yes, I was assigned to wait for your return, well your bloodline" she replies.

"What did my bloodline do?" I was already worried.

"Let me show you" she reaches out to touch me.

Rinus jumps in front of me and growls. "Son of Talon, your first part is complete, step aside" she orders.

"Absolutely not" he snaps. "Descendant of Nora, you may bring the water elf, son of Talon stays" she says.

"Rinus its okay, stand guard I'm sure this won't take long" I squeeze his hand.

Rinus reluctantly steps aside "Now where was I" the cave troll taps Alara's forehead and she falls.

"What did you do?" I ask. "You will join her soon" she reaches for my forehead.

"She isn't dead right?" I try not to cry.

"Of course not" the cave lady laughs and then quickly taps my forehead.

"Nova!" I hear Rinus shout and then silence.

"Nova?" I hear Alara call. "I'm here!" I call back. "Oh thank the heavens" she hugs me. "If you two are done we need to move" the cave troll says. "Where are we?" I ask. "Hush child and watch" she says. Alara holds my hand and we silently follow.
