No, I did not. I did not get that vibe from her that she wanted to go out with me.

Which was total bullshit. He could feel the connection between them, and he was sure that if he asked her, she would say yes.(Confident, aren't you?)

He sighed at the thought.

Gage couldn't help but be confident. When he saw something he liked, he went after it.

Duncan messaged him back and he laughed out loud at his reply.

Dude, how can she NOT want to go out with you? You are the best-looking dude in this joint. And from what I heard, she is single and ready to mingle.

If I tell you I will ask her, will you leave me alone?

Yah I guess. But you gotta do it man.

He rolled his eyes once again, realizing that the customer had stopped talking now.

Once he was finished with his call he put in his notes, messing with the case as he thought more about the girl who had run into him.

He hadn't even caught her name.

Idiot.

Rubbing his hands over his face in frustration, he jumped when Eliot came over to him, a huge grin on her face.

"Hi Gage," she said, the sultry tone in her voice almost making him roll his eyes a third time.

"Hello, Eliot."

She smiled and twirled her blonde hair in her finger, winking at him and making his stomach roll.

He didn't mind women who were confident, but flagrantly pushing their interest in his face? Eliot was far more than bold.

Besides, he had recently started being interested in someone else.

"What are you doing tomorrow night?" she asked, the desire in her blue eyes shining brightly.

"I actually picked up overtime. Sorry Eliot."

She looked momentarily upset, but then pasted on a smile.

"Another time then," she stated, prancing off.

Duncan, you need to sleep with Eliot and get her off me. I don't want her. LOL.

He laughed as he sent the message, imagining Duncan's face as he read the message.

Dude, are you sure? She is smoking hot.

She is all yours man.

Gage watched as Duncan stood up at his desk, giving him the thumbs up that he gave him every time he was about to go ask a woman out.

He looked at the clock and knew that Duncan was just about to go on break.

Right on time.

He had to hold back his laughter as Duncan walked quickly from his desk over to where Eliot was standing, putting on his flirty smile and working his magic.
