She noticed what time it was and sighed. "Time to go back."

He looked down at his phone in shock. "Already?"

Elisa patted his hand. "Don't worry, you will see me later."

Gage could almost feel his desire rise as she said that, trying to keep his naughty thoughts at bay.

"I will."

She walked off and he watched her walk away, his appreciation for her tight jeans prevalent by the now uncomfortable form in his jeans.

He spent the rest of his lunch in an uncomfortable state, trying everything he could to calm himself.

When he finally felt calm again, he got up and left the break room, looking around to her desk.

He saw her purple hair and felt his friend stir again so he turned around and headed back to his desk.

He hid behind his desk for a long while, clocking back in from lunch when he was supposed to and taking calls.

He got so wrapped up in the calls that the time passed quickly, making him realize he had gone past his break.

He logged off his phone and took his last break for the day, walking past Elisa's empty desk and almost feeling a sadness not seeing her there.

Gage rolled his eyes and walked quickly to the break room, determined not to think about her.

When he arrived in the room, there was a tall blonde man there, joking and laughing with two of the other guys Gage knew were managers.

"Hey Eric, I wanted to let you know I overheard that Elisa is looking at a new man."

He scoffed loudly.

"A new man? Well I always knew she would move on, but no matter who he is, he will be a downgrade from me."

Only one of the two men chuckled, the other noticing Gage watching them.

"Do you have a problem, pal?" Eric sneered at him, Gage looking at him closer now.

He had a nice pair of brown slacks with a crisp white short sleeved collared shirt.

His shoes were the same brown as his pants and belt. His face was long and narrow, his eyebrows as blonde as his hair and his eyes a dark blue.

"No problem here, just watching the hens cluck," Gage quipped back, making the other two men chuckle while Eric flushed red.

"Who do you think you are?"

"Name's Gage. The "downgrade.""

Eric's eyes flashed in anger temporarily and then he calmed down, standing up straight again and not letting the other guys see him lose his cool.

"I was right, she did downgrade. Come on guys."

Eric and his "posse" left the room, one of the men turning around to shrug at Gage as they walked out of the room.

As they left the break room Danny headed towards the room, Eric shoving him against the wall as he walked past.

Danny held his hands up and watched them as they walked past. Once he deemed it safe to go he rushed the doorway, making sure he was not in anyone else's way.

He saw Gage sitting at the table and headed over to him.
