Susu picked up a hot Meat Bun and looked back at Dabai, "Huff huff, next bun."

Dabai’s sturdy body was lying on the ground, and each time meals were served, it would look forward to Susu’s feeding.

Upon hearing Susu call it, Dabai immediately lifted its huge head, opening its mouth wide in anticipation of Susu’s toss.

Feng Qingyan was eating Crystal Steamed Dumplings when she saw a giant white tiger head opening its mouth, revealing sharp fangs, as if it was about to eat someone.

Just as she thought to intervene, she noticed that Jun Moqing and the others at the table were indifferent, as if it was nothing out of the ordinary for them.

Then, she saw Susu toss a Meat Bun into the white tiger’s mouth, and the tiger immediately closed its mouth, chewing contentedly.

Noticing that she stopped eating, Jun Moqing asked, "What’s wrong?"

Feng Qingyan turned to Jun Moqing and asked, puzzled, "Is this white tiger yours?"

Jun Moqing glanced at the white tiger, "No, it’s a pet that Xiaojiu brought back for Susu."

"Susu is so young, and she takes a white tiger as a pet?" Feng Qingyan looked back at Susu, who had already picked up another Meat Bun and tossed it into the white tiger’s mouth, with the tiger cooperating without making a sound.

While eating a Crystal Bun, Feng Wuyou explained, "The white tiger was brought back just over a month ago, when Susu was only three months old, they have grown up together."

Feng Qingyan was surprised, but also puzzled, "You are so bold; Susu was only three months old, and you dared to let her play with a one-month-old tiger cub, weren’t you afraid that the white tiger might hurt Susu?"

"Mother, don’t worry, the white tiger has a spiritual nature and won’t harm its owner," assured Feng Wuyou confidently. A white tiger as a pet for Susu was not just any ordinary beast.

Feng Qingyan suddenly understood, "So that’s how it is; no wonder it looks so tame."

When she arrived last night, she hadn’t noticed such a large white tiger, nor had she felt any aura of a beast.

Jun Moqing said, "You haven’t seen Xiaojiu raise a liger when he was young; it’s much more fierce than the white tiger."

It was the first time Feng Qingyan had heard of a liger, and curiosity shone in her eyes, "A liger? What kind of beast is that? I’ve never heard of it."

Jun Moqing replied, "After breakfast, I’ll take you to see it."

"Alright." Feng Qingyan’s gaze returned to the dishes on the table, and she tasted each of the unfamiliar dishes in turn, finding them truly delicious.

She confirmed again that her decision to stay the night before was the right one.

Seeing how she ate, Jun Moqing reminded her, "Eat more slowly."

"Okay," Feng Qingyan said, though her eating speed did not slow down. She was never the demure and elegant lady who ate in small bites and chewed slowly; it would have felt a bit contrived on her.

Seeing her still gobbling down the dumplings, and then looking at Xiaojiu, whose eating manners were similar to her mother’s, Jun Moqing picked up a spoon and scooped up some porridge into his mouth.

After breakfast, Jun Moqing brought Feng Qingyan out to the courtyard.

Taotao and Susu followed behind with Dabai and Xuetuan.

In the courtyard, the liger had just finished its breakfast, lying leisurely on a stone.

Colorful feathers rested on its huge head, leisurely pecking at its feathers.

Once they reached the courtyard, Susu ran towards the liger with her short little legs.

"Huff huff."

Hearing the familiar voice, the liger lifted its massive head and saw Susu; it solemnly stood up and walked towards her.

Due to its huge body, its range of movement wasn’t as vast as Dabai and Xuetuan’s; it could only move around in the open space, otherwise it could easily crush the flowers and trees.

When Susu ran over, the liger bowed its head and rubbed Susu’s arm.

Susu happily touched the liger’s nose and said, "Huff huff, lie down."

At her command, the liger obediently lay down on the ground.

Seeing this, Feng Qingyan was so amazed that she was at a loss for words; such a huge beast was so obedient, seemingly fierce yet so well-behaved.

Jun Moqing, leading Feng Qingyan to the liger, said pointing at it, "That is the liger, very spirited."

Feng Qingyan had thought that the liger might be similar to a common tiger or lion, but seeing it now, it was much larger and fiercer than she had imagined.

However, at that moment, the liger restrained its wildness, cooperatively lying down for Susu.

Susu always wanted to climb onto the liger to ride it; she tried several times but couldn’t get on because her little legs were too short.

Taotao also ran over to help, but being about the same size as her sister, she couldn’t lift her and was not much help.
