This Pastry Shop on this street is the best-selling one, with many customers every day.

When Jun Moqing came in with Susu, there were quite a few people inside, all seriously selecting tea pastries.

Seeing the tea pastries, Susu got so excited and pointed to the pink peach blossom-shaped ones, saying, "Grandpa, I want this one."

Susu’s voice was milky and sweet, like cotton candy, drawing quite a few customers’ eyes. Seeing the delicate Glutinous Rice Balls, they found them very adorable.

However, it was the man holding the Glutinous Rice Balls that soon attracted their attention.

The man’s features were like a painting, as if he had stepped out of a portrait, with his ink-colored hair floating elegantly, wearing a blue and white long robe, exuding an air of ethereal nobility with an aura of immortal grace.

While Jun Moqing was purchasing tea pastries with Susu in his arms, they were quickly surrounded by a crowd, mostly young ladies of noble birth.

"Which family’s son can this be, with such a transcendent and handsome look?"

"If there were such a handsome young man in the Capital, how come there has been no whisper of him?"

"The Crown Prince is renowned for being the most dazzling in the Capital. Do you think, compared with the Crown Prince, who would be superior?"

"The Crown Prince is the future heir to the throne; how can he be compared with this man? If word gets out, it might bring trouble upon his head."

Susu leaned her two little hands on Jun Moqing’s shoulders. Seeing so many people staring at them, she patted his shoulder and said milkily, "Grandpa, so many people are looking at us."

The noble daughters who were hesitating to approach and strike up a conversation suddenly enlarged their eyes when they heard the word "grandpa," wondering if they had heard wrong.

"Did you hear what that girl called the gentleman?"

"It sounded like ’grandpa’..."

The noble daughters showed disbelieving expressions, once again casting their gazes towards the beautiful man before them. Could it be that such a young and handsome man was already a grandfather?

The nobles’ whispers were impossible to miss with Jun Moqing’s abilities. He just glanced at them before looking away and took out a peach blossom-shaped tea pastry from the oil paper bag and handed it to Susu.

"Eat your tea pastry."

Seeing the pink tea pastry, Susu immediately forgot about the cluster of women and took a bite of the pastry in her hands, "It’s very delicious."

Watching Susu eat the tea pastry with her cheeks puffed out cutely, Jun Moqing asked, "Why don’t you take smaller bites?"

Susu pouted her cheeks and said, "Then I would have one less bite, right?"

Jun Moqing asked, "Why not think of it as having one more bite?"

Susu, ever so confident, replied, "If I bite this much at once, it means I can have a second one."

"I see," said Jun Moqing, realizing that Susu’s intelligence was mostly utilized in matters of eating.

Jun Moqing walked out of the Pastry Shop carrying Susu, under the watchful eyes of the many noble daughters.

Xue Huai took out his purse and paid the silver, then followed behind, carrying the packaged tea pastries.

As Susu ate her tea pastry, she looked up at Jun Moqing’s mouth and asked, "Grandpa, why don’t you have a beard?"

Actually, Susu had noticed a while ago that grandpa was different from granddad; grandpa did not have a beard, whereas granddad did.

Jun Moqing said, "It’s because grandpa hasn’t reached the age to grow a beard yet, but there will be one in the future."

"Oh, I see, grandpa will still be handsome with a beard," Susu added her flattering comment at the end.

Jun Moqing complimented, "Susu, you have a sweet mouth."

Susu took another bite of her tea pastry, "Grandpa, aren’t you going to have some? It’s really tasty."

Jun Moqing replied, "Grandpa will share it with your mom when we get back home."

Susu said, "Mom also loves pastries; she might have three. I can have two."

Jun Moqing watched as Susu stuffed the remaining half of her tea pastry into her mouth, her plump cheeks looking like little buns.

Leaving the Pastry Shop, Jun Moqing leisurely strolled with Susu, who kept munching along the way.

The pair walking down the street undoubtedly became a beautiful spectacle, drawing the gaze of passersby, filled with wonder and admiration.

Seeing a Tea Shop with elegant decor, Jun Moqing led Susu inside.

The waiter greeted them enthusiastically, ushering them in, "Gentlemen, please come this way."

Once in the private room, Jun Moqing lifted Susu onto a chair before he seated himself.

"A pot of tea, and also a pot of hot water."

"Right away, sir. Please wait a moment."

The waiter was quick. In no time, he brought over a pot of tea and a pot of hot water.
