“What the hell! Richard spoke under his breath to himself.
At the same moment, someone called for Natalia, and she excused herself from there to meet them
Steve ordered his drink and told Richard, who was still giving a glare at him
“ She needed an appointment with a well-known surgeon for her sick mother; coincidentally, I know the surgeon, so I talked about this to the surgeon and just helped her in booking the appointment.”
“Which Surgeon? “
“Dr. Ryan Paul .“
Richard choked on his drink. “You mean my uncle Ryan?"

"So why didn’t you tell me? I must have helped her."
“So that you earn good points in her book.”
“ Steve, you are such an asshole."
“ I know that , but you are just saying this because I got a hug and earned a good image too in the eyes of your
Stephen and Eva reached the bar and spotted Richard and Steve in a heated argument.
Stephen passed a soft drink to Eva and then reached for them
“ What’s happening here?” Stephen inquired in his bitter tone.
“Nothing, your dear friend, is getting jealous of my charming personality and about the fact that I earn a hug from Natalia."
Stephen shook his head at this nonsense conversation
“He is a declared jerk, but Richard, I didn’t hope this type of behavior is from you. “
Richard sighed in irritation but the next moment, his eyes landed on a person who had just entered the party and enveloped Natalia in a hug. A wide smile appeared on Richard’s lips. He chuckled and told Steve,
“Brace yourself, because all your good points are about to go down the drain.”
“I think he is still undergoing in shock or better lost his mind
“Well now, it’s your turn to get a shock. Just look at Natalia’s friend."
Steve spun around and found Samantha greeting Natalia. They are acting like friends
Richard laughed hard, looking at Steve’s pale face.
Whereas Eva got relieved looking at a familiar face, as from the moment she arrived at this party, she was feeling out of place, especially after the college mates of Stephen. They all belong to an elite class—the girls who know how to party.
Samantha and Natalie reached for them. Samantha greeted Richard and Stephen and gave a fake smile at Steve, who just gave a glare at her
Samantha took Eva in a warm hug and told Natalie, “You know, Natalia. Eva is such a gem of a person, a kind soul. Stephen is really lucky to have her. “
