Story: My Tempting Woman
“Good evening, Mr Smith.“
“Good evening. I hope you like your room, or if you need anything else, please tell Rose; don’t hesitate.
"It's really a pleasant room, thank you.”
“Great then, let’s start with dinner."
Rose signaled the staff to serve dinner. They served many dishes on the table and were serving them elegantly to the members present at the dining table.
All the way through dinner time, Rose kept scrutinizing Eva’s plate. She used to order house help from time to time to serve more food on her plate. Rose was taking care that Eva had a proper meal. Whereas Eva was in tears, glimpsing at the way Rose was taking care of her. She is her daughter.
After the dinner got finished, everyone retired to their respective bedrooms. When Rose was wishing Eva goodnight, she said, "Michael told me about your midnight craving, so if you need anything, the kitchen is all yours to explore, as the staff will be in their quarters, so I hope.”
Eva felt embarrassed. She never knew why dad had to notify Rose about her midnight craving
“It’s ok, I will manage."
““That’s good. Good night, sweetheart."
"Goodnight, Mrs. Smith,“
“Rose, it’s Rose for you."
“ Yes. Good night, Rose." stating that Eva left for her room; she was trying to learn the door to her room. As rooms occupied the first floor, to her misery, all had the same door designs. Still, she counted the steps as if she had to reach the kitchen at midnight; then she didn’t want to end up in another room
As she was getting into her bed, a ringtone broke her trance. It was her dad. She squealed in happiness and picked up the call in one ring.
“Dad, how are you? Did you reach.? Did you have your dinner? And what about the medicines?”
“Slow down, princess; I am still on my way, and I already had my dinner and medicines too. Now tell me, are you comfortable there? Rose messaged me she received you at the airport. Are you okay?”
Eva smiled, listening to his concerned voice. “Dad, I am fine. Rose is really a kind woman. She is taking excellent care of me. Don’t worry and take care of your health.’
After some chatting, the call ended. Eva was trying to sleep, but the fluffy bed was not helping her, as she was not used to keeping on these fluffy as well as bouncy mattresses.
It was midnight at 2, and her stomach grumbled. She tried to resist it, but it was becoming difficult for her, so she gave up and left the bedroom. She counted the steps from her room to the stairs, as she wanted to make sure that she will return to her room successfully in the dim light of the night lamp that was making the stairs visible at least
She reached the kitchen, which was again extravagant, huge, and filled with modern appliances. She just focused on the refrigerator and found a milkshake, which was already prepared and placed in decorative glass.
Eva thought it was a perfect option, so she just relished it, then she washed the glass and switched off the lights. When she was going to exit the kitchen, her eyes got stuck on the kitchen glass window, where she spotted a girl in a bodycon dress who was busy kissing a boy. Eva felt disgusted at the sight, but her curious mind wants to see the face of the kissing couple. When the girl broke the kiss and got the clear view of the couple, she was looking at the boy's face as she thought she had seen him somewhere before, and then she realized the boy who was snatching the oxygen from the girl was none other than Steve Smith.
Eva scrunched her nose in disgust. She quickly left the kitchen and cautiously counted the steps until finally she reached her guest room.
Eva was in the thought of what Sara told her
“Steve Smith is a declared Casanova; he used to change girlfriends like bed sheets; just beware of him and better stay away from him."
Eva appreciated how her friend was right about Steve, and now she knows how she must deal with Steve Smith. Without realizing it, she drifted into a deep slumber amidst these thoughts.
The next morning in the dining room of Smiths. Rose and Steve were sitting on the chairs, waiting for others to join. William reached the dining room and got settled for breakfast.
William noticed the absence of Eva, so he asked Rose, “where is she? “
Steve halted while grabbing the food. “Dad. It's he . And Stephen is in Australia. Did you forget?”
William perked his eyebrows at his stupid son. "I know very well that Stephen is not at home. I was asking about Eva, and she is a girl, so she is.”
“Who Eva?
