The maid arrived with a tray filled with bottles and tiny glasses after a few minutes.
Eva‘s eyes got wide as if it were some hard drink. Samantha poured the liquid from the bottle into two glasses and passed one to Eva.
“No,I don’t drink.’”
Ooh, come on, I planned this to celebrate our new friendship..’
“I don’t think Stephen will like it, as I am not sure how. Will I behave after having this?"
“Even better... It’s ok to be wild sometimes, especially on your honeymoon. Now come on, at least have one for me. Just taste it. You will feel light
“Eva was hesitant at first, but then she doesn’t want to offend Samantha as she is here to help them. So she held the glass and Samantha cheers for their friendship
Eva gulped that strong, bitter liquid in one go before she scrunched her nose at its weird taste.
But soon her head started feeling light
Then Samantha passed her the next glass, which she drank cheerfully. In this manner, she swallowed over five shorts, whereas Samantha was busy in chattering about the college days
"You know Eva, Stephen dated no girl in college; although women had a huge crush on him, he took no interest in them.
They occupied him in his studies and were eager to get involved in his dad’s business.
I really look up to him for the way he achieved so much fame and success in his career, and now I am glad that he is happy in his person all life too. I mean, to have a pretty and sweet girl like you.”
"Hmm, I agree he is a lucky man to have me as his wife.” Eva told in her high state
And Samantha chuckled
“So how is your honeymoon going.? You are also a lucky girl. You got the most desired man in LA as your husband.
“Honey moon.“ Eva stated, “Good joke. Do you really know him? I mean, don’t you realize he is such a rude type of person... Just ordering around me or else scolding me.”
“No, I think he really cares for you."
“Do hell with his care... You know he is such a dominating man; he wants everything to occur according to him. “
Samantha noticed her state and understood that she was tipsy now, which made her worried, not for Eva but for herself, as Eva already told her about Stephen’s disapproval of her drinking.
Eva was craving more drinks, so she held the bottle, and before Samantha could notice, she gulped the liquid from the bottle. Samantha shrieked in horror, looking at her actions. She was fast enough to grab the bottle from her, which Eva frowned at
“Give it back."
"No sweetheart, I think we should call it a night. Come, I will drop you off at your room."
“No. I don’t (hiccup) sleep. ”
Samantha was in trouble now before she convinced Eva. Eva made a run towards the waves, and Samantha followed her to stop her.
She held Eva by her waist and told her, “Don’t go there."
“But I (hiccup)
“Yes, I know, but the water is freezing now."
“I like it colder than a hiccup.“
Samantha tried again. “Okay, we will swim, but see, we are not in our swimming costume; come first, we will change than dive in the water."
