He moved the glass near her lips and uttered in an icy voice,
“.Drink “
Eva’s ears perked up again listening to his voice; she didn’t know how or why, but she gulped the water.
Stephen removed the glass from her lips and bent towards her, like his upper body hovering over her. Eva quickly moved back and got glued to the kitchen counter. Stephen took some tissue paper that was placed beside her and passed it to her. Eva looked at the tissue, and this time she got the hint, as she didn’t want him to wipe her lips too.
Eva held it with shivering hands and wiped her lips, whereas Stephen kept watching her with interest.
Stephen muttered,Good night “and left the kitchen with informal steps
Eva held her chest with her hand and gasped for some air as she was not even breathing properly till now.
She gathered herself and rushed towards the stairs. When she reached her room, she went inside the bathroom for a shower, as she was still shivering from the aftereffects of meeting the devil. To calm her trembling body, she spent some time showering and then got settled to sleep.
“I hate you so much, you devil.”
Eva muttered her thoughts loudly and then tried to get some sleep.
While in Stephen’s room, Stephen was also standing under a cold shower. He was trying to get hold of his emotions and desires. He never wanted to scare Eva., but what can he do? She is too afraid of him. He left the kitchen because he could feel his hardness and didn’t want Eva to notice him in this state
“What are you doing to me, Eva?" “
Chapter 9: First day
The next morning Eva woke up to the boisterous noise of her alarm. She rubbed her sleepy eyes and noted the time. She jumped from the bed, noticing the time as she was late. She“ rushed to the bathroom to finish her morning routine.
When she was getting ready, her mind was still recalling last night’s encounter with Stephen. Eva was murmuring in a slow voice
"Enough of this nonsense. I will not tolerate this anymore. I will complain to Rose. She will scold Stephen. I will tell her how her son behaved with me... But wait, what exactly should I tell her what he does? He entered the kitchen and passed me water and then made me drink it. That’s all. He never touched me or did anything inappropriate, but what should I do with my anxiety issues? No, I cannot say this to Rose and prove myself a foolish girl, but from now onwards I will ignore that devil in every way. "
Soon she was ready in a pair of jeans and top. She took her sling bag and first checked for the things after reassuring herself that she was carrying everything that was needed. She rushed towards the dining room.
To her relief, she only found Rose, who was ordering the staff to arrange the breakfast table.
Eva reached for her in quick steps, Rose gave a sweet smile at her but when she noticed her all ready to start her classes., she hit worried
“Good morning, Eva. Come sit. I will serve you breakfast first.”
“Rose, I am already late. Sorry, but I have to skip breakfast today.”
“No! no not done, ok, wait.'' Rose ordered kathey to pack some breakfast in a box and soon passed it to her.
“Here, take it, eat it on the way, wait, I will call the driver.”
“No… Rose, actually, I booked a cab for me. Don’t bother, please.”
“At the same moment, a guard arrived and informed the ladies about a cab. Before Rose could object, Eva placed a kiss on her cheek, bid her bye, and rushed out of the house. Rose smiled at her gesture and returned to her work
In Stephen’s room, he was getting ready for the day. He used to smile at last night’s memories. It was just some moments that he was so close to Eva, but he was feeling content recollecting the intimacy they shared
Stephen took some time to get ready. He was sure that Eva was the girl who gave rise to this sinful desire in him. The report of Eva Johnson was what he was waiting for. In the last two encounters when he came close to her, the way her body trembled and the way her body reacted to him were enough to prove how pure she was, and he was the first one who got so close to her.
Stephen reached the dining room and found his parents already having their breakfast. He wished them and got suited to the chair. His eyes searched for her precious. Rose noticed him and asked, “Are you searching for something, Stephen?
“Hmmm, where is Steve?” Stephen was quick to cover up.
“He must have been late last night. You know how hard he is working on that project, “Rose informed Stephen
