Story: My Tempting Woman
Richard smiled at her words, whereas a wave of relief washed over Michael listening to his daughter’s words, as at last she started accepting Stephen. In the morning also, he saw how she rushed to embrace Stephen and their cute love moment too. Michael was feeling relieved as he chose the right person for Eva, and they both will be delighted together.
“Eva, I want to ask you something. Where did you get the perfect attitude to deal with Hudson.? what I heard is you were a totally different person in the conference room.
“Well, that credit goes to Samantha. She gave me perfect tips, so I learned it from the best."
Eva stated while giving a smile to Samantha
“The reason for my confusion about the changes in you is this. However, Eva, please keep in mind that you should only focus on acquiring the knowledge that is essential. It is important to remember that Sam is a declared psychopath, as you know.”
“ Shut up, you jerk. and if someone needs treatment, than it’s you for sure, not me.
Samantha retorted back but before Steve could reply, William commented,
“Ok enough, Steve, now enjoy the dinner
“Why don’t you tell her dad?”
“Because he knew how you are,” Samantha teased him
. Rose interfered. William, do you not think that the way these two battles are reminiscent of how lovers fight with each other? I want you to know that if I see you two fighting again, I will be forced to contemplate the idea of you two being married to each other. “
Steve and Samantha both gaped at Rose in astonishment and the next moment, they got focused on their food. Every one present at the dining table chuckled at their reaction. The dinner got completed on a cheerful note.
After Richard and Samantha left for their homes, Michael let out his thoughts
“William, I think now it’s time for me to return home, too. I will leave tomorrow.”
‘What? But why dad?” Eva started in shock.
“Eva dear, try to understand I have to return home.”
“Dad, why don’t you understand? I can not leave you alone. You need someone to take care of you. How will you manage there all alone?
“ Eva, I stayed here just because of Stephen‘s request but now I have to return home. Don’t worry, I will manage.
“ But…’ Eva wanted to say more
“Now there will be no more argument about this, “Michael stated in a loud tone
Declaring this, Michael left for his room in his wheelchair
The others were silently observing the discussion. Rose reached Eva, who was holding on to her tears. She patted her back and told her.
Don’t worry, we will try to talk to him tomorrow. For now, take a rest. It was a long day for you today.
With a nod in her direction, Eva bid her farewell and made her way towards the bedroom. Rose signaled Stephen to handle her, on which Stephen also gave a nod at his mother.
When Stephen entered the room, he found Eva sitting on the corner of the bed, sobbing silently.
Stephen reached to her and pulled her in a hug while stroking her hair.
“Don’t cry like this, Eva. I know you are worried about dad but you must think about his wish too.
Eva broke the hug and gaped at him in astonishment
“What are you even saying? Dad has no one except me to take care of him, which he needs the most now. How can he expect me to leave him all alone in this condition? No, no that’s not happening.
Stephen sighed and dealt with this sensitive matter in a soft tone
