"Everyone should prepare to be tired of me," Mya joked as she slid her suitcase under the charter bus that was planning to take them to the airport.

I laughed, "I just know you're going to be all over Instagram," I said, knowing I'd be seeing so many fashion week story's and posts in my feed.

Mya nodded a few times, "Oh yeah—pictures or it didn't happen," she said, standing up fully as we walked toward the bus doors.

"We'll talk every day right?" I asked, knowing I would really miss her.

Mya smiled, "Of course, Ana," she said, pulling me into a hug as the rest of our friend group walked over to us.

"You better text me too," Willow joked, giving Mya a hug before she walked over to Marco, who pulled her into his side.

Damon raised a brow, "What about me?" he questioned, clearly joking, earning laughs from Arielle who pressed a fleeting kiss to his lips.

"What about you?" Willow questioned back to him, clearly joking back with him, which earned a narrowed look from Damon.

Cam laughed, "Aw no, we'll miss you too Damon," she said, trying to make him feel better.

Ryder patted Damon's shoulder, "Yeah... we'll miss your weird debates about living in Canada and polar bears," he joked, easily earning a laugh from Damon, who pulled us all into a group hug.

"You know I'll miss you, babe," Arielle said as she pulled back from him.

I couldn't help but smile as we all hugged like there was no tomorrow.

It felt nice to be a part of such a big group.

"Wow, a group hug without me?" Frankie called out as she walked over to us with her suitcase.

Mya only pulled her into the hug, "You were late."

"She's always late," Arielle determined, easily earning laughs from all of us.

As our laughter died down and we pulled back from the hug, Cam's eyes met mine—easily sending an awkward wave through me.

"Have fun," I said to Cam as we all walked toward the bus doors.

Cam gave me a smile, "But not too much fun, right?" she said, clearly joking.

I laughed, "Yes, not too much fun," I repeated back to her.

Cam gave me a nod, flashing me one last warm smile before she climbed onto the bus behind Frankie and Damon—leaving Mya behind who gave me one last goodbye hug before she joined them all on the bus.

Soon, the bus was pulling off as we all waved to everyone on it, watching as it drove down the main campus street before it officially drove off UCLA campus.

Once the bus was completely out of sight, I bidded Arielle, Marco, Ryder, and Willow goodbye before walking through the small crowd of people who were also saying goodbye to their friends.

An odd desire burned inside of me—I swear I had never felt so impatient to see anyone in my life.

But there I was, briskly walking back to Mili's apartment—and while the walk was under ten minutes, it seemed to feel like so much longer.

Within the span of just an hour, I found myself missing Mili so badly that my entire body ached—it's almost like her touchyness rubbed off onto me.

I just wanted to be in her arms every single second of the day.

If that's even possible?

Almost as soon as Mili opened the door for me, she was quite literally pulling me inside her apartment.

I couldn't help but laugh when she instantly pulled me into a warm kiss, guiding me back against the nearest counter as her arms slid around my waist like a missing piece.

A hum vibrated in my throat when she tilted my head further back and slid her tongue past my lips.

Suddenly my arms were sliding around her lean torso and tugging her in for me.

Mili smiled against my lips, "I missed you," she murmured as we pulled back slightly.

And I couldn't help but reciprocate her smile, it felt so nice to know that she missed me just as much as I missed her.

Even if it had only been an hour.

But it made me feel less crazy for feeling literal withdrawals from her missing presence.

"I missed you so much it hurt," I whispered back, gently grabbing the back of her neck to guide her lips back down to mine, "I just never want to stop kissing you... or touching you—or looking at you," I breathed out as Mili purposefully grazed her lips against mine.

"See... now I can never let you go," Mili determined.

I hummed contently, "Sounds perfect to me," I said, knowing I would legit stay here with her forever if I could.

Mili suddenly pressed a deep and warm kiss to my lips, "Just know you asked for it—cause I'm not playing about you," she warned me.

I raised a brow at her as she pulled away, suddenly turning around to the stove where I noticed she was in the midst of cooking breakfast.

"Don't play about me then," I said, knowing that the dominant side of her was undeniably attractive.

Mili hummed to herself as my arms settled back around her—easily hugging myself to the back of her body as she carefully flipped the pancakes.

"I seriously think you're rubbing off on me," I murmured, leaning up to her ear slightly.

And I couldn't miss the amused look that coated Mili's face—even if I was standing behind her.

"How so?" she questioned, clearly wanting to hear my thoughts.

"I don't know... I've just never wanted to always be near someone so badly—I feel like I always have to be touching you," I explained, hugging myself tighter to her.

Mili suddenly turned off all the stove tops, "Oddly enough..." she trailed off as she transferred the last pancake to the plate with the others, "I've never been this way with anyone else either," she admitted.

And just like that my brows were raised.

"Wait, really?" I said, knowing that the idea alone made something inside of me flutter, "Because you don't have to make me feel special or anything. I understand that you have exes and that you've shared moments with other people before me."

And while I hated the idea of her with anyone else, I also knew that everyone has their own past—but Mili makes me feel like the center of her world.

Her actions match her words, and I never really have to doubt that she means what she says.

Clearly, the past is only an issue if I make it one.

I think it's really just about being secure with yourself and with whoever you're with.

Mili suddenly turned around to face me, "I definitely don't have to make you feel special, Ati—not when you already are," she pointed out, sliding her arms around my waist, "Trust me, I'm not going to sit here and front like you're everything and more if I don't think you are—but you are and I mean it when I say that. "

I smiled—so wide that my cheeks practically grew sore, "That really means a lot to me," I whispered, feeling a shyness grow around me.

Mili smiled slightly as she carefully looked between my eyes, "I seriously haven't done the things that I've done for anyone else.

I mean I've been romantic in other relationships, but with you.

.." she trailed off slightly, clearly searching for a right way to explain this, "With you, I just want to go above and beyond. "

My smile seemingly grew even wider, which I didn't think was even possible—and when my face managed to burn with a shy blush, I nuzzled my face into Mili's chest.

"You're so sweet," I breathed out, feeling so shy I thought I might explode.

Mili laughed to herself, "And you're cute when you're shy," she determined, guiding me away from her chest so her dark eyes could analyze my flushed face.

I knew this would be a morning that I would continue to dream about—along with many others that I knew I'd be sharing with her.

"Let's go set the table—I want to have breakfast with you," Mili murmured as she looked between my eyes.
