There weren't much difference between him and his brother .No, there wasn't any difference except from the harsh lines on his face which couldn't be seen unless you take a very close look.

He still wore that creepy smile on his face.

Everything started to make sense to me, Hayden and his brother had been speaking him the other night.

I don't know why that was surprising, I guess they also lied about that.
