I ’ve learned a lot about Julian and Damien in the last nine months.

Damien is a terrible patient. Seriously terrible. He wouldn’t stay in bed, he badgered the physical therapist into speeding up his rehab, and he refused to keep his weight off his leg. When he was finally pronounced healed, we all breathed a massive sigh of relief.

He can also charm the living daylights out of anyone.

He flew all of us—Simon, Andre, Julian, and me—out to California for Papa’s birthday on a private plane, stopping in Santa Fe on the way to pick up Aurora, JP, and Dawn.

He arranged for Papa to play a round at an exclusive golf course where he’s always wanted to play.

After that, my fathers think he walks on water.

Ben likes Damien, but Julian’s his favorite.

I asked him about it, and he said that his girlfriend had been the recipient of a scholarship Julian had set up for promising artists.

The girlfriend thing is new, but I think Ben really likes Maya.

Of course, when I asked Julian about the scholarship program, he’d shrugged, embarrassed, and changed the topic.

I’ve learned that Julian cries at weddings.

Well, Hannah’s wedding anyway. My Dom, the one who pulls my hair during a session, spanks my ass and tells me to shut up and take it all like a good girl, teared up as he walked his sister down the makeshift aisle.

It was lovely. I cried too, but that’s excusable; I’m pregnant and hormonal.

We’ve been back to the club. I insisted. The guys were hesitant. Mostly because of my pregnancy, but I also think they were a little spooked that I’d run away again.

I didn’t run. I’m never making that mistake again.

Shaun Zhao, Julian’s agent, talked to Kyle Donovan, the producer at Levine Entertainment making Revenant .

I don’t know exactly what he said, but the result was that Flores became much easier to work with.

The pilot got filmed, it was shopped around, and the series was picked up by a very well-known streaming company.

(Netflix. It’s Netflix. It airs next fall, and I cannot wait to binge-watch it.)

Damien’s mother kept her word. Tomas announced his upcoming retirement, and she named Damien as CEO.

To celebrate, we did a boss-assistant roleplay.

We made the four-hour drive to Manhattan one afternoon and went to the Cardenas Group’s offices.

By the time we got there, it was after hours, and there was no one there.

Damien bent me over his desk and spanked me.

Then I got on my knees under the table (it’s a massive table, I had plenty of room) and sucked his cock while he pretended to have a meeting with a prospective investor played by Julian. It was extremely memorable.

Jack Rutherford is still with the Cardenas Group, but Ted Boric isn’t. Damien is pretty happy about both of those things.

Double penetration got harder (ha!) as I advanced in my pregnancy. My belly kept getting in the way. But we found plenty of other things to do and plenty of positions to do it in.

Patricia found out about the three of us—how could she not? But she hasn’t let it bother her. “I don’t understand it, my dear,” she said to me. “But it’s really none of my business, is it? Now tell me, do you know whether you’re having a girl or a boy?”

I don’t. We decided we didn’t want to know.

The less said about labor, the better. I’m a tired, exhausted, cranky mess when it’s all done. But when the doctor places our baby boy in my arms, it makes it all worthwhile.

It’s exactly like the dream I had nine months ago. My fathers are in my hospital room. And most importantly, Damien and Julian are here with me.

I stare at the baby, this tiny little thing that came out of me, and I look up at Julian and Damien. “Hey,” I say to them softly. “Meet your son.”

Julian tears up. He totally does. And so does Damien. Okay, I’m crying a little too. I can’t help it. My baby is just so small and tiny and perfect.

“Do you have a name?”

“Yeah.” I smile up at my fathers. “I’m taking a leaf out of Aurora’s book. Meet Leonard Henry Johnson Thorsen.”

The nurse in the room writes this down. “We need to fill in some information for the baby’s birth certificate,” she says. Damien swears under his breath about letting me rest, but she’s unmoved. “Mother’s name?”

“Sophia Thorsen.”

“Father’s name?”

While there are states where you can have more than two parents listed on the birth certificate, Maryland is not one of them.

I looked it up. I can leave the name of the father blank, or I can fill it in with one name, but I cannot name both Julian and Damien as fathers of my child. Not in the eyes of the law.

Then again, the law isn’t really that great about understanding what a family truly is.

About a month ago, Julian and I had a long conversation about this.

I glance at him now, and he nods with a smile.

The thing is, I can tell Damien a thousand times that I trust that he would never do anything to hurt me. That I know he wouldn’t take my child away from me.

Or I can show him.

And there’s a really easy way to do that.

The nurse clears her throat. “Father’s name?” she repeats.

There’s no doubt in my heart that I want to do this. “Damien Cardenas.”

Damien’s head snaps up. Shock shows on his face when he realizes what I’ve done. His expression changes into something so raw and yet so tender that I choke up all over again.

I will cherish the look in his eyes for the rest of my life.

An impatient knock sounds at the door, and Ben sticks his head inside. “Can we come in?” he asks. “Because we really want to see the baby.”

I laugh. “Come on in,” I invite them. “Come meet your nephew.”

They crowd inside, one big, happy family. “Cristiano is texting me constantly,” Andre complains with a smile. “As is Victoria. Here, hold up Lenny Hank Junior.”

He snaps a photo with his camera. “There, that’ll keep them for a bit.”

“Lenny Hank Junior is a ridiculous name,” Aurora says, breaking out into a wide smile. “Julian, your sister called me. She said that if you don’t call her back with news, she will drive down here. She says she’s hormonal and cranky, and you won’t enjoy her visit.”

The nurse looks appalled at the number of people in the room. I exchange a grin with Damien and Julian. Damien politely sends her on her way before she can raise a fuss and then comes back into the room.

They’re all here. My family. Lenny Hank Junior—Aurora is right about finding him a better nickname—has three parents who adore him and more uncles, aunts, cousins, and grandparents than a kid could ever want.

Everything’s going to be all right. We’re going to live happily ever after.
