Page 132 of B is for Beg
“Happy?” Cal asks.
He’s sitting in the centre. We’ve all got glasses of red wine. We don’t have a TV set up yet, but our plan is to snuggle up with my laptop and watch a film together. We’ve chosen a superhero movie for some light-hearted entertainment.
“Very,” I reply.
“Yes, Sir,” Blake says.
Our boy got a little tearful earlier when he said goodbye to the home he’d shared with his brothers for four years. Corey and Lexi were moving out too, which meant we had fun making sure the right boxes went in the right vans. Blake let Corey take the furniture, as we didn’t need it. We already had too much between Cal and me.
“I have presents for you,” I announce.
“Presents?” Cal says, his voice a bit higher than normal.
I chuckle. “Yes, to celebrate moving day.”
“I didn’t get you anything.”
Blake dips his chin and gives me huge puppy dog eyes. “Nor did I, Daddy.”
“You didn’t need to. I just wanted to spoil you both.” I pat Cal’s thigh and then go to retrieve the gifts I’ve bought.
I know which box they’re in, so it only takes me a few minutes to return to the lounge with three packages of varying sizes.
“It’s not much,” I say as I hand Cal the smallest parcel. “Just an amusing token.”
He grins as he tears the wrapping paper off and opens the plain cardboard box inside. He lifts out a white mug, which says ‘The correct answer is: Yes, Sir’ on it.
Laughing, he pulls me to him for a kiss. “I love it, thank you.” He shows it to Blake. “Take note, princess.”
“Yes, Sir,” Blake replies with an impish smile.
“I’m not too tired to spank you for being cheeky,” Cal says.
“Me?” Blake points at himself. “Cheeky? Never!”
Cal wags his finger at Blake and makes a tutting sound. “Watch it.”
Blake’s smile widens into an even cheekier grin.
“Perhaps your present should wait,” I say.
Blake pouts. “I’m sorry, Daddy.” He bats his eyelashes at Cal. “Sorry, Sir.”
“You’re forgiven,” Cal says. “But get cheeky again, and I’ll be bending you over and spanking your arse.”
Blake wriggles on the sofa. “Yes, Sir.”
I hand his present over to him. It’s flat but larger than Cal’s. Blake tears the paper open, his eyes going wide as he reveals a corset.
“Oh my god, Daddy, it’s gorgeous!”
He holds it up to show us both. It’s made of shimmering satin in pastel purple with a baby pink floral design on it. The top and bottom are lined with ruffled baby pink satin ribbon with a thin blue line along the centre. There are lots of baby blue bows attached to the bottom edge and one at the centre top. The back does up with a wide baby blue ribbon. It’s fully structured with built-in boning.
“It’s made especially for men,” I say. “I thought you could wear it for a boudoir shoot with Cal one day.”
“Or out to a club,” Cal says.
“Or?” I query. “Don’t you mean and?”
