He lifts his hands up in defeat. "When am I anything but nice?" I stare at him, really not wanting to remind him how he spoke to her the last time she was here.

"Whatever."

"I heard they made quite the porno," Ezra mutters, walking into the room with a steaming bowl of something in his hand.

"How the fuck would you know that?"

"I heard some rumors from last night."

A smirk twitches at my lips.

"The walls in dorms are thin as fuck apparently. I've got my lube ready for later."

"There's something fucking wrong with you, Ez. But if knocking one out while thinking of me gets you off, then who am I to comment."

"Wha—no… that's not what—"

"I'm out. Later." I flip them both off before heading for the door but not before I hear them discussing how I've been pussy-whipped if I'm willingly taking a girl out on a date and not just bang her. Assholes.

I don't get nervous. Victor has sent me into the most fucked up situations over the years and I've not batted an eyelid, but as I drive toward Letty's dorm building something I'm not used to flutters in my stomach.

I tell myself it's just excitement for what tonight holds, but deep down, I know it's more than that.

I invite myself into their dorm and this time when I walk inside everyone looks at me as if I belong there as much as they do.

"Evening," West mutters as he nods. "You don't scrub up too bad."

"I know it's been a while, man, but really. Checking out teammates is a little desperate," Brax deadpans.

"Fuck you," West spits, slapping Brax around the back of the head.

"Right. Is she ready?"

"Almost," Ella says, slipping from Letty's room right on cue. "Looking good, Legend. You'd better have something good lined up for our girl."

"I think you all already know that I know how to treat her right." I wink at Ella and she flushes bright red and West and Brax simultaneously bark, "Hell yeah."

"You're going to need to find your own entertainment tonight though, she's staying with me."

"Spoilsport."

"Well, we wouldn't want to waste your subscription to the Hub, would we?"

West's chin drops ready to rip me a new one but he soon closes it, only confirming to everyone in the room that he does indeed spend too much time watching others fucking instead of getting some action himself.

"Whatever. It's not like you can all try to tell me you've never watched it," he mutters.

We're all still laughing when Letty's door opens once again.

I watch as her shadow fills the space before she emerges.

"Holy shit," I breathe, taking a step forward.

A shy smile plays on her lips as every set of eyes turn on her. The urge to force her back into the room so that no one else can look at her is strong, but I promised her a night out and I fully intend on seeing it through.

Walking up to her, I wrap my hand around the back of her neck and pull her body flush against mine.

"That dress—" I whisper in her ear.
