“Who said I go to clubs to get my dick wet?” I raise my eyebrows at her.
“Let's just say I know someone who was unlucky to be at a club with you.”
“Are you sure that person wasn't you, Madden?” Her cheeks turn a bright red and my hand reaches out and pinches her cheek. I lean towards her and my lips ghost over her cheek. “I remember New York very well, Ariella. Stop being a brat or else next time I come inside your room, I won't give you that release that you are still desperately trying to get,” I whisper in her ear before backing away from her.
“Screw you.” Ariella scoffs and I chuckle.
“I'd like to see you try, Madden.”
“My dad will destroy you, Ash. Start treading carefully.”
Oh, I'll destroy Ariella's dad while destroying her in the process.

Present
The club we’re at just opened up a few days ago. Jace knows about it because one of his friends got a job here as a bouncer.
Thankfully, we were able to get in for free and Jace also got us a table. Bridgette and I got ready at her house because she wanted me to raid her closet and choose something to wear from there.
I told her that her style and my style are completely different but she wouldn't take 'no' as an answer.
So now I am wearing a tiny black dress and white heels.
I'm not used to wearing heels and Bridgette wanted me to wear heels that were even higher but I told her that I need her smallest heels.
Jace ended up picking us up and when we walked outside I saw Ash sitting in the front.
Even though he was in the car I could feel his eyes burn holes in my chest.
I hate how he has this effect on me. It's strange that he is the only person to ever make me feel like that.
He didn't say anything to me when I sat in the back with Bridgette. Only Jace was talking to us the entire time.
Ash has been quiet since we arrived at the club. He hasn't said a word to me and he has only looked at me twice.
When we got to the club he opened the door for me and he gave me his hand before skimming his other around my waist.
For a second I pretended that Ash and I were something more and that we never even knew who our parents were.
Ash and I were just us.
For a second I believed that Ash and I could be real.
“Can I get you ladies anything to drink?” the server asks, making me break out of my thoughts and look at him.
“Can I just get two Manhattans and then two shots of your best vodka?” I ask and I look out of the corner of my eye and see Ash glaring at me.
I fully look at him while Bridgette orders. My eyes go down to Ash's hands and I see that they are formed in fists while he is glaring at me, giving me those murderous brown eyes of his.
“Thank you,” Jace says, making the server leave.
“I think we should get a few drinks in our system and then dance,” Bridgette says, looking at me. “I want to make sure I'm a little drunk for dancing.”
“You're not fucking dancing with that skirt on,” Jace demands, but Bridgette ignores him and rolls her eyes.
