Did he just fucking edge me?

That son of a-

“What's wrong?” Ash asks while tilting his head to the side.

“You-you just-“

“Edged you?” Ash lifts his eyebrow at me.

“Why would you do that?”

My face feels hot and I want to bury myself in my blankets and not face Ash.

“Because I wanted to.”

I look around for my shirt but I can't find it.

Where did he put it?

“Why are you even here?” I ask, still covering my chest. “How did you get in?”

“Don't worry about it,” Ash says before leaning off the wall and he starts walking towards me.

Ash grabs my hands and takes them away from my chest. I swear his eyes darken when they admire the marks he made on my skin. His fingers softly touch the marks and his eyes trail all over my chest until they stop at the spot on the side of my ribcage.

The spot where the tattoo lies feels hot and I just want the ground to swallow me whole.

It stays quiet for a few moments as I watch Ash touch the marks he made on me and caress the tattoo softly.

I can't help but sit still and admire him while he touches me. His features are soft and if you were to walk in you would never think that he and I have said hateful words towards one another. You would think that we are just two lovers admiring one another and showing their love when we are anything but.

After a few seconds, Ash stops touching me and looks up at me. “What are you going to do?” I ask.

“I'm going to break you piece by piece until there is nothing left for anyone to fix other than me.”

“I've never been to New York before,” I admit to Ash. “My father works out there but he never once offered to take me there. I've always been afraid to go by myself.”

“Well now you get to go and enjoy it.” Ash gives me a soft smile. “Don't you have friends who could go with you?”

“I have Bridgette who I've known since I was a kid. She isn't here though. She is spending her summer with her parents in England.”

I did call Bridgette the other day and she told me how England has been treating her well and how she never wants to leave. She started to talk about how hot English boys are and I couldn't help but laugh at her.

“You will like New York. I have a few plans for us when we get there,” Ash says while caressing my hands that are between us.

Spending these last few weeks with Ash has been amazing. We have gone on all kinds of amazing adventures together and there have been a lot of kisses between us and stolen moments. I am trying not to think about how fast my heart beats whenever I see him but it's hard because of how my body reacts to him.

He knows exactly where to touch me and that makes my heart go crazy sometimes.

I keep trying to remind myself that this thing between us is temporary but then I also can't help but think, what if this can go on?

What if Ash and I were to stay together forever?
