CHAPTER THIRTEEN

OLIVIA

I t had almost been three weeks since Olivia saw Miles. Of course he was always texting her to check on her.

It wasn’t the same though. It never worked out with their schedules to find time together. She was looking forward to this weekend with Miles.

She missed being around him. Miles felt like a safe haven and she really needed that. Especially since it seemed like David was always lurking around the corner.

Olivia was starting to be more concerned about what he was going to do. It wasn’t like she could go to the police though, so she just continued to ignore the messages and phone calls.

The buzzing of her phone pulled her away from her thoughts.

Unknown: You can’t ignore me forever.

Olivia really hoped that she could, but she knew that was a terrible hope to have. If she was smart she would have already left this town, but it was finally starting to feel like home and she wasn’t ready to give that up yet.

Unknown: Does the man know all the secrets that you are hiding? I bet that he doesn't.

Unknown: Maybe I should go ahead and fill him in on just who you are.

Her heart began to race. She couldn’t let that happen. Miles couldn’t know about her secret. It would ruin everything.

This is why she should have never gotten close to him. She knew that it was a terrible idea to let him in. She would never have a chance at being happy as long as David was still out there.

She had to end this. That was the only way to keep him safe. It was the only way to keep any of them safe.

Olivia knew that she was going to have to move again. She was going to miss the town she had fallen in love with, but she couldn’t stay here.

Miles: Hey, Little Bunny! Still coming over this weekend? Daddy has missed you so much.

Olivia: Yeah of course! I can’t wait!

Miles: Me either, Little girl. Me either.

Olivia knew that it was stupid. She shouldn’t go over there. Her heart wanted one last weekend with him, though.

She knew she would have to end it after the weekend was up. It was wrong of her to lead him on, but the thought of not getting one more weekend with him broke her heart.

Olivia pushed away all the thoughts of the pain that she was going to bring Miles and focused on packing her bag. Sliding Nibbles in, she zipped up the bag and headed out to her car.

Olivia: I’m on my way now! I’ll see you soon.

Miles: I can’t wait. Be careful, Little Bunny.

“Hey, babygirl!” Miles said to her before leaning down and giving her a kiss.

“Hi.”

Heading inside, she went to drop her bag into the spare room she had stayed in last time before a voice behind her spoke.

“Actually, I was hoping to talk to you first.”

“Okay? About what?”

“Well, I am hoping that I might convince you to spend the weekend with me.”

“I am with you, silly.”

“In my room.”

Olivia paused. She didn’t know how to answer that. She would love nothing more than to spend the weekend falling asleep in his arms, but she knew that it would make leaving and breaking his heart so much harder.

Knowing that she would forever regret it if she didn’t take this opportunity, she replied “Of course. I would love nothing more than to do that.”

Miles gave her the biggest grin and she knew that she had made the right decision. She let him turn and guide her towards his room.

His room was exactly like she pictured it to be. The soft grey and deep red colors fit Miles perfectly .

She watched him place her bag on the bench sitting at the foot of his bed before he turned and walked to her.

“I’m so glad that you are here.”

Olivia pushed back the tears that wanted to gather in her eyes. She couldn’t let him know what was going on in her head.

“Me too. I just know that it will be a weekend that I will cherish forever.”

Stepping on her tiptoes, she pressed a kiss against his lips. Groaning when he slipped his hands into her hair deepening it.

Pulling away, Olivia rested her head on his chest savoring and trying to memorize every moment.

“So, I had another idea about this weekend.”

“Oh really?”

“I am hoping that you still wanted to explore your Little side a bit more and I think I might have a pretty good idea on how to help you do that.”

Olivia was trying to figure out what idea he was planning. She was excited for the chance to play in Littlespace again.

She never thought that she would be able to connect with her Little this much, but being with Miles makes it easy.

“I was thinking that maybe we can invite Raelyn and Emmett over tonight.”

There was no way that Olivia was going to contain the excitement that was coursing through her veins.

Jumping up and down clapping her hands, she couldn’t say yes fast enough!

Falling into a fit of laughter at the expression on Miles face, she gave him the biggest hug.

“I can’t wait!! Text him! Text him right now, Daddy!”

“What did you say?”

“Uh, text him?”

“No, you said something else.”

Olivia paused and thought about what she said before the realization of what she did hit her. She didn’t even think about calling him Daddy, it just came out naturally.

“Say it again.”

“Daddy.”

She wasn’t prepared to be swept up into Miles’ arms, but there was nowhere else she wanted to be.

It felt like the whole world was right in the moment and if she could bottle this feeling up she would sell it for lots of money.

Everyone should be able to feel just a small amount of happiness that she was feeling right now.

“Hearing that word from your lips was everything and more than I hoped it would be.”

“Daadddyyyy!!! You had an important task to do”

She heard Miles chuckle at her dramatics. He set her down before pulling out his phone to text Emmett.

Olivia was excited to see her best friend one last time. It made it harder to leave, but she couldn’t pass up the chance to see her. Plus, spending the night in Littlespace with Rae sounded amazing.

“Okay, Little one, Emmett and Rae will be here in a few hours. How would you like to spend our time together before they get here?”

“Can we just lay in bed and cuddle, Daddy?”

“Of course, Little one. Let’s get you a snack first and then we can do that. Go crawl into bed, Daddy will be right back.”

Olivia dashed into the room and jumped on the bed. The bed was a lot higher than it looked and was super bouncy.

An idea popped into her head and before she could convince herself it was a bad idea, she stood up and started jumping. She couldn’t remember the last time she bounced on the bed.

She couldn’t keep the fit of giggles from escaping as she bounced around. A throat cleared behind her, causing her to drop to her knees.

This was not going to end well. Her gut was screaming at her that she was going to be in quite a bit of trouble.

“What exactly do you think you were doing, Little girl?”

How could she get out of this? She had to think fast to come up with a reason that she would have been jumping on the bed.

“Uhhhhhh.”

“Don’t even think about trying to utter the fib I know you are forming in your mind.”

Sighing, “I was just bouncing on the bed, Daddy. I wasn’t doing anything wrong.”

“Oh really. Nothing wrong at all?”

“Uh huh. Nothing wrong.”

“Do you want to try that again?”

Knowing that she was digging a bigger hole for herself, her mind was sending up warning bells.

Sadly, Olivia wasn’t in the mood to listen to the bells that were blaring at her.

“I really didn’t do anything wrong, Daddy. I was just playing, that’s all.”

“Olivia Mae Carter! Do we bounce on the bed?”

“Uh, well I do.”

She watched Daddy’s eyebrow twitch and she knew she had gone too far. It was time to do some recon and she knew she had to do it fast.

“I’m just kidding, Daddy. I’m a good girl and good girls don’t jump on the bed.”

“Yes, Little Bunny, you are a good girl, but even good girls make red choices and right now you are making some pretty big red choices. ”

Olivia clamped her mouth shut. If she didn’t say anything there was no way that she could dig herself into more trouble.

“Here’s what is going to happen. You are going to go stand in the corner there for the next fifteen minutes.

After that we are going to have a discussion before you go over my knee for a spanking. Is that understood?”

Olivia’s heart raced. She hadn’t had a spanking since she was a little kid and getting one now didn’t sound like it would be fun.

“But Daddy. I don’t need a spanking or a timeout.”

“Oh, Daddy believes that his Little girl does and if she looked deep down inside I think she would agree.”

She sighed, there was no getting out of this one. They had never talked about spankings being an okay punishment and she knew that she should bring that up.

Reasoning with herself, she decided to tell him that she didn’t know if she wanted a spanking. There was no way to know how she would react to it given her past.

The last thing that she wanted was to be triggered and ruin their night. Olivia wanted this weekend to be the best and that wasn’t the way to do it.

“I guess Daddy.”

“Good girl. Now go stand in the corner. Last time you had your nose in the corner I let you keep your pants and panties on, but I told you that it wouldn’t always be like that.”

Nodding her head, dread filled her stomach. She didn’t want to stand in the corner with her pants and panties off, but she was warned and knew not to continue to push.

“Let me see those beautiful blue eyes for a second, babygirl.”

Olivia raised her head and looked at Daddy. Taking a deep breath she waited to see what he would say next.

“You know that Daddy would never do anything you weren’t comfortable with. I want you to remember that you have all the control here. One word and everything stops, even a punishment. What’s your safe word, Olivia?”

“Red, Daddy.”

“Good girl. Say that and it all stops. Now, off you go. Pants and panties off, nose against the wall, and your hands behind your back.”
