Lulu
To say I’m spoiled by my pack would be an understatement. Four lovers and a new best friend. I feel like the richest Omega alive.
The only complaint I have is that we have to hide the fact we’re packed up with Ally. At first, I liked the idea of just enjoying our time together because everything was so new and I didn’t want being hounded by the media to get in the way of that.
But then there are days like today, where she’s doing something for work and we have to hang out in the background rather than being by her side.
I’m a little jealous as I watch Liam stand behind her, Nate nearby smiling as he helps move along the crowd of people lined up to see the band.
They’re doing a meet and greet before their concert tomorrow and things have been kind of hectic. I haven’t really had any alone time with her in a few days and I’m starting to get needy.
Like I said, I’m spoiled, and all I want to do is be near my Alphas and Ally.
“If you stare at them any harder, you're going to make them burst into flames,” Gavin chuckles, wrapping his arms around me from behind.
We’re on the second floor, overlooking the space where their set is. I wanted a better view, because yes, I’m a stalker. I own it. She knows and it’s a turn on.
“I’m jealous, okay?” I huff, spinning around to face him and Brady.
“At first, I liked the little bubble, hiding from the world and just enjoying all the new things about our relationship. But the longer we do this, and the more I hear the rumors about who she’s with, and none of them are me.
I want to scream SHE’S MINE! If I have to see one more person shipping her with a random celebrity and go on about how perfect they would be together, I’m going to lose my mind,” I growl.
“She’s sexy when she’s all worked up,” Brady chuckles, bumping shoulders with his brother.
“Guys.” I narrow my eyes at them. “This isn’t funny.”
“I know how you feel.” Brady pulls me into his arms. “I don’t like having to hear about how they wish she would get packed up with these guys and those guys when she’s already ours. At least, they think she’s with Liam and Nate.”
“That’s another thing,” I whine. “They are all excited and happy for them. They aren't going to get this big blow back when we start telling people. What if they are disappointed with us?”
“Who cares what random people think, Little One.” Gavin rubs my cheek with his thumb. I sigh, leaning into his touch.
“Do you want to sit down and talk to Ally about telling the world?” Brady asks. “I’m good with whatever you girls want. I just want everyone to be happy.”
“Yeah.” I blow out a breath. “If Ally is okay with it, I’d like to stop hiding. We don’t have to make some big grand announcement, but I would like to stop hiding in the background like some dirty little secret.”
“Do you really feel that way?” Brady asks, brows furrowing. “You know she doesn’t see you like that at all.”
“I know.” I feel bad for even thinking about it. “Like I said, I’m jealous."
“Your heat is coming up. Maybe that plays into how strongly you feel about this all of the sudden. Plus, that's something we haven’t talked about with everyone just yet. I think we should do that tonight, and once your heat has passed, we can see where to go from there,” Gavin suggests.
“Yeah. Okay,” I sigh, turning back around to watch Ally.
Seeing her smile, laughing with the guys as she poses for photos with her fans, I want to be down there next to her. I don’t want her fame, I don’t want her fans. I just want to be with her.
I was supposed to be by her side when she started this journey, and even though I’m here now, I don’t feel like I’m where I want to be.
“Okay, I need to stop sulking like a baby. I’m gonna give my therapist a call.”
“Are you okay?” Gavin asks with concern.
“I’m fine,” I promise him. “I just think bitching to someone who might be able to give me some advice is a good idea.”
The guys take me to a quiet part of the mall. We sit down on the couch, and I mess around on my phone for a while before finally getting the courage to call.
“Lulu. Hi. It’s been a while. How are you?”
Taking a deep breath, I tell her everything.
An hour later, I feel a lot better. She even suggested making an appointment to talk to her again, but with Ally. I’m not sure how Ally will feel about it, but it wouldn’t hurt to try.
What she did tell me to do is talk to Ally about how I’m feeling. That is something I’m nervous about.
I’m not paying much attention when someone sits down next to me. I mess around on my phone for a moment before they start to talk to me. “Psst.”
Looking over, I see a blonde woman with bright blue eyes. “Ah, hello?”
“Okay, so don’t be mad at me, but when I saw you watching on the second floor, you looked upset. So as soon as the meet and greet was done, I took off to find you. And I maybe kinda sorta overheard you talking to your therapist.”
“Ally?” I narrow my eyes. “Is that you?”
“Pretty good setup, huh? Can’t even tell,” she giggles. “That's the point, though. Here.” She hands me a bag. Looking inside, I see a black wig. “I want you to put this on.”
“Why?”
“Because... this is going to be the one and only time we get to have a full mall day without anyone knowing who we are. So, I say we enjoy it while we can. Because after your heat, everyone is gonna know who you are to me.”
My eyes sting. I’m not even mad about her listening in. She didn’t think twice about taking my feelings into consideration.
“Ally,” I sniff.
“I’m sorry you felt like you did for even a second.
I love you, baby. I want you by my side.
I just don’t want you to get overwhelmed or regret the life I live.
Because I can’t change that. I can’t hide.
I just wanted to give you all the time you needed before things changed.
Because they will. But I know we can handle anything as long as we’re together.
So, if you wanna tell the world we’re together, I’ll run outside and scream it from the rooftops right now. ”
“Don’t,” I giggle, wiping at my eyes. “I don’t want to make a big deal about it. I just don’t want to hide anymore. I want to be by your side.”
“Then by my side you shall be.” She gets to her feet and holds out her hand. “Come on, my love. We’re going shopping.”
Excitement fills me as we head into one of the bathrooms and she helps put the wig on me. “Wow,” I laugh, looking myself over in the mirror. “I don’t even look like myself.”
“That’s the point,” Ally states, coming to stand by my side. “Let’s go show our Alphas their new Omegas.”
“They’re going to lose it.” I laugh.
She holds out her hand. My heart hammers in my chest as I stare at it.
“Trust me?” she whispers.
My eyes flick up to hers. “With my life.”
She swallows hard, giving me a watery smile.
Taking her hand, we head back out to the guys.
“Fucking hell,” Brady whistles. “Don’t tell my Omegas, but would you two pretty ladies wanna go out for a bite to eat?” he asks, wrapping his arms around both of our shoulders.
“Don’t even joke like that,” Ally growls.
“Down, Little Omega,” he chuckles, giving her a kiss. “You are the only two I want. Still, you both look pretty damn good like this.”
“I like it.” I smile, playing with my black hair.
“It’s weird seeing you two without your cuts,” Ally says, looking at Gavin and Brady, who are dressed in jeans and hoodies.
“Just making sure we have new hoodies for you two to wear.”
“Smart.” Ally nods, grinning. “Where’s Liam and Nate?”
“Here we are,” Nate says, pulling at a very pissed off Liam.
“Oh my god,” I gasp, eyes widening.
“Why the hell do we have to wear disguises?” Liam growls.
“Because the world knows what you look like, big guy. If they see you, they’re going to put two-and-two together.”
“I hate it.” Liam runs his hands through the short black wig.
“I think it’s sexy,” Ally purrs.
“I agree. Tall, dark, and handsome.” I wink.
“What about me?” Nate asks, and I giggle at his red wig.
“Looking good as a ginger there, Nate.”
“Thanks.” He beams. “Not gonna lie, this is fun.”
“Whatever.”
Ally and I smile at one another before grabbing Liam’s hands. We pull him forward, laughing as we take off into the mall.
The day is spent shopping, trying clothes on, eating, and taking silly photos.
By the end of the night, I’m on cloud nine.
We all snuggle up in the hotel and talk about my heat.
Nate volunteers to help us out in any way we need.
And I’m so damn grateful for that. I know I can be a bit of a handful during my heat, so for Brady and Gavin to not have to worry about the little things, like getting water and making food, will make a big difference.
Going through Ally’s heat with Liam and Brady was amazing. Being able to bring my girl pleasure in that time of need, offering her relief, having her trust me and need me, it was like a dream.
I’m nervous but excited to see how things go with my heat. Hers didn’t start off the best, but I’m hoping mine isn’t as chaotic.
Not being home in my nest makes me a little uneasy, but Ally said she will give up her nest for me because the space she gave me on the bus won’t fit anyone but me and maybe her.
It’s not ideal, but it will do. It’s gonna have to. To make things work, we’re going to have to make sacrifices, and that I’m willing to do to keep all the people I love happy and close.
