Page 95 of Knot So Damaged
“Mine. My Omega. My Valentina,” he growls, holding me tightly to his naked body.
“Yours.”
After both Vic and I are clean, we make our way back to the nest, only to find it empty. Vic doesn’t seem surprised, grabbing my hand, leading me back out through the house and to the kitchen.
The scent of freshly baked pastries greets us along with my two shirtless Alphas. It is a struggle to not turn into a goopy mess as I take in their hard chests.
Ones that are covered in scratch marks.
I gasp, dropping Vic’s hand as I rush towards Olis. I inspect the marks, cursing myself as I come across a deep one. Fresh blood is dotted across the wound and tears fill my eyes.
“I’m so sorry, Olis. I can’t believe I did this to you.”
A deep chuckle shocks me. I look up at Olis whose broad smile covers his face, looking at the marks.
“Oh, my sweet girl. These marks are an honor for me to wear.”
My mouth hangs open as I look at him in shock; even more so when Cal comes over to stand beside his pack brother. His chest is puffed, showing me his marks.
“I was kind of hoping for a much more permanent mark but these will do for now,” he teases, making my eyes narrow as I smack his hard stomach.
He grunts, his wounded look an act as he approaches me. I squeal, unable to hold back a laugh as he lifts me over his shoulder, his hand slapping my ass cheek as he spins.
“Such a cheeky little Omega playing with her Alpha’s feelings. I am wounded, Little Devil.”
I am still laughing as he eventually sets me down. In true Cal fashion, he doesn’t let me escape just yet, grabbing me around the waist and pulls me onto his lap.
Olis sets down two plates in front of us before placing a kiss on my forehead.
I watch as Olis fusses over one plate, making sure to get as much variety of the English breakfast onto a fork. He holds it up to me, waiting patiently for me to take it.
I open my mouth, groaning as he feeds me.
It's an odd feeling, allowing him to see to my needs in this way. Really, every green flag action has me shook to my core. It doesn’t feel natural even though I know this is the life many of my fellow designation are given.
But for me, this is all new.
Cal takes over and finishes feeding me in silence. There is a blissed look on his face each time he offers me more food.
Once I am full, he turns to his food and begins shoveling it into his mouth. I watch, thoroughly impressed as the food is gone within a matter of minutes. Especially considering his plate was at least double mine, if not more.
They don’t lie when they say that Alphas eat a lot.
The chiming of a phone has us all perking up to attention. Olis pulls out his cell frowning as he reads the new message.
His expression doesn’t change, the only indicator he isn’t happy about whatever he is reading being a slight lift of his lip.
Looking up, he finds Vic. They hold eye contact for a moment before he looks at Cal, then finally, me.
“They found another body. This one at the Throbbing Knot.”
Chapter Twenty-Nine
Ifeel more tense than usual as we pull up to our newest club. For days, my pack and I have been heat-deep.
Even though there is a part of a heat that is draining, it also was refreshing in a way.
Because in Valley’s nest, all that mattered was her. I was able to get lost in my Omega. My mind was able to clear itself, focusing only on her and seeing her through her heat.
