Page 61 of The Saviors: Part Two
“Yep. He got all of Ace’s records and then some.”
“That’s fucking awesome. I’ll let you go so you can call the Terror twins. I’ll call you back when I find something.”
“Alright.” I disconnect the call and dial Lex.
“Yeah?” he answers, slightly out of breath, and then I hear Bridget giggle in the background.
“It’s Cole. Am I interrupting something?”
He laughs. “No, you’re good. What’s up?”
“We need a safe house. Holden mentioned the cabin on your old property?”
“You can use it. We can get it cleaned up, stocked, and ready for whenever you need it.”
“We also might need some help with a diversion.”
“That’s not a problem, either. Just tell us when and where. And when do you need the cabin ready?”
“As soon as possible.”
“I’ll pull everyone together and get started. Do you guys need anything else?”
“Not right now. I really appreciate this, Lex.”
“This is what family does.”
The line goes dead, and I sit back in the office chair, thinking about what he said. There’s no doubt that the Saviors are already family. But now the Abbs Valley crews are like extended family. They would literally do anything for each other, and now that extends to us. I don’t even think it has everything to do with Axel and Gray being brothers. That’s just the type of people they are. God help whoever decides to fuck with them because now we have their backs too.
The day passes quietly with us just spending time together before we have to move. Chelsea is handling it better than I thought, but she’s stronger than any of us gave her credit for. Holden called after dinner time to let us know that he found a believable safe house that we can use as the decoy. The plan from there is to hopefully trick Charlie into following “us” to that one so we can go to the real one tomorrow. Periodically throughout the day, Sean and Chelsea disappeared upstairs, and each time she came back flushed. This time, though, I decide to ask questions when I see how Kai is looking at her.
“What’s going on?” I ask.
“What do you mean?”
“Don’t play dumb, Kai. You know what I’m talking about.”
Kai grins. “Let’s just say that Sean is preparing Chelsea for something.”
I frown, letting that run through my mind. When it hits me, I sit up. “Does that mean what I think it means?”
“Yep. Our beautiful woman has been walking around all day with a butt plug in.”
“What?” We both look up at the hoarse sound in Axel’s voice, and I bust out laughing at the look on his face.
“What’s the matter, Axel?” I ask.
“I knew Sean was a genius,” Axel declares and sits down on the couch beside me. “I was wondering what was going on.”
“Chels wants to experience the group,” Kai informs us. “At the same time.”
Axel’s eyes widen. “All of us?”
“She has been talking to the other girls,” I point out. “They’ve probably been telling her how good it is.”
“Do you think she’s ready for that?” Axel asks, and I can hear the worry in his voice. “That’s a lot to handle.”
“I think she can handle anything thrown at her.” We all turn to the sound of Sean’s voice. “We’ve talked about it, and trust me, she’s ready.” He adjusts his cock in his pants. “More than ready.”
