He spat a mouthful of blood onto the floor. “That’s what you are if you come from my nut sack, right? You wouldn’t be here without me, little nigga.”

I nodded, barely able to contain my hate for this man. “If it were up to you, I wouldn’t be here, but I am, and that was your biggest mistake. I’ve been waiting on this day since I was born.”

He tried to sit up, but I shoved my gun underneath his chin, forcing him to remain in place. “What the fuck are you complaining for? You turned out fine. You’re successful and have a beautiful ass wife that comes with damn near billions. You’re the king, Sekai.”

I cackled loudly. “You think I need you to tell me that? I know who I am bitch ass nigga. It was you who waltzed your ass back into town without doing your research. You let that rap shit confuse you on who the fuck I am. I was born and raised in the Dutch, my nigga. Pussy juice don’t inflate my chest. This is armor from years in the trenches.

I’m a fucking gorilla.” I beat on my chest for emphasis.

“I would’ve let you slide, but you tried to hurt the people I love, and I will never give you the satisfaction of being able to tell a nigga you tried that shit. ”

I released him and then took a step back.

“I don’t need to thank you for shit nigga ’cause I didn’t ask to be here, but I made the best I could with the cards I was dealt.

You ain’t ever done a muthafuckin’ thing for me.

This is my shit, nigga, and ain’t no room for two kings.

” Before he could protest, I lifted my gun and put a bullet between his eyes.

“May the birds sing, babies laugh, and God smile now that you’re back where you belong.

” I spat on him before stomping on his head, then backed away.

I looked over at Jah. “You good?”

I nodded. “Better than ever. We gone.”

Tucking my gat into the waistband of my sweats, I walked over to the door without a backward glance at Zero.

I might’ve come from him, but my father was at the crib on the grill right now, waiting on me to walk through those front doors.

That nigga didn’t mean shit to me, and I told my people to handle his body as such.

I was making sure no shit came back to fall in my lap later.

Lazer was leaning against the wall, waiting for us.

We fell back into the same triangle shape as we walked back to the truck.

None of us lowered our bandanas until we were speeding down the block.

It felt like a weight had been lifted now that both of my enemies were sleeping eternally.

I couldn’t wait to assure my baby that she had nothing else to worry about. She was officially safe.

None of us spoke on the ride back to the estate. There wasn’t shit to say. We’d handled business, and I was proud of the shit. It had me even more excited to get back and celebrate with the family.

We eased in front of the estate gates. Bones was there with his feet kicked up. “Are we all good?”

I nodded before he did. “Come get you some food and chill,” I suggested.

There was no longer a need for an armed guard. Anybody with sense would leave us the fuck alone.

Bones smiled. “Already planning on it. Nuri promised to make me some egg rolls.”

I frowned. “Y’all gon’ stop using my damn wife to keep y’all overgrown asses fed.” I was now pissed off. “Open the fucking gate before I run you over, nigga.”

They all laughed, but he clicked the button to allow me access to our property. As we eased down the gravel road, I saw Jah in the passenger seat shaking his head. “I don’t think I will ever get used to this shit. We are far from the big house.”

I cheesed as I pulled in front of the estate. “Nah, get used to it. This is the new big house.”

He grinned widely. “You’re right.”

We hopped out and headed inside. I didn’t stop walking until I was sliding the patio door open, leading to the backyard. My eyes searched the yard for Nuri, but she wasn’t there. When I spun around to go back into the house, she stood behind me with a childish grin.

“Were you looking for me?” she questioned before folding her arms over her chest.

I nodded. “You know that. Come here.”

I snatched her to me and kissed her like I’d been dying to do. She melted into me and allowed me to swirl my tongue in her mouth. My hand held her neck in place as I took exactly what I wanted.

“Oh my God. Unhand her, Son,” my mother voiced jokingly as she walked up.

If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have. She wanted a hug, so I gave her one. I held Nuri’s hand as I went from person to person showing love.

When I got to Azani, I bent down, kissing her belly. “Kai...”

I scurried away, already knowing what she was about to say.

While we were tying up loose ends, the gang and I had definitely paid bitch ass Reggie a visit.

We beat his ass real good but decided that if he didn’t want to step up and be a man, it was fine.

Our sister and nephew would always be taken care of.

“I know what you did!” she yelled after me.

I chuckled jovially. “For you, I’m ridin’ every time, Pooh Bear.”

My heart was full having all the people I loved the most in one place. When I got to my father at the grill, he gave me a look. All I did was nod. He held up his fist, and I pounded it.

I was prepared to chill for a while, but Nuri surprised me when she started signing. “Meet me in the bedroom.”

Just when I didn’t think I could love this girl anymore, she went and learned how to communicate with me in the way I was most comfortable with.

She finally understood that I didn’t talk much, not because I couldn’t, but because it wasn’t my strong suit.

My heart swelled with pride and admiration.

She didn’t even have to ask me twice. I would follow this girl to the ends of the earth and beyond if she asked me to.

“Nuri’s a freak,” Jah teased with a grin. Seeing him sign her name made me fall deeper in love. She was truly something special.

“Mind your business,” I told him before taking my girl’s hand in mine and leading her into the house.

Whether she wanted to go to Pound Town or Drill City, it didn’t matter. My dick was already swollen, ready to take her there.
