Page 116 of Ondine: Vol. 2

Sebastian reacts first—his head whips down to Jake. He wants to tell him off. But he bites his tongue. Shadow sucks in a breath.

Arnie looks at me with a knowing smile.

He put the idea in his head.

Arnie is always making sure I get my fantasies.

Thrill tinged with fear fuels my spirit as I lower to the ground. Crawl. Crawl to Jake. How humiliating. If it wasn’t exactly what I want, I’d refuse.

Slowly, I put my hands on the carpet. I pop out my ass and lift off my thighs. I look up at Jake, who definitely is both turned on and impressed. Did he not think I’d do it?

My eyes don’t stray from my mark.

I crawl to him.

In front of all my pack. On my hands and knees.

My eyes adjust to the dark room easily. I can see all the minor features of Jake’s face. I can see how excited and turned on he is by this. I’m his total fantasy.

And he’s mine.

I come up so close I place my hands on his shiny dress shoes to push myself up to a seated position. Then I sit back on my heels.

“Ondine.”

“Yes, daddy?”

“Fuck,” Jake and several other alphas (and one beta) say.

“Baby, you’re killing me. Kneeling naked in front of me, calling me daddy, in my childhood bedroom? Take what you want from me. It’s yours.”

I rest my forearms on his thighs, scooting in between his legs. His cock is straining against his slacks.

Jake’s face softens though and then he asks, “Are you ok, baby?”

I nod my head. “I’m ok. You found me.”

So many emotions flit over his eyes.

“We thought it was Man-ho, at first. But he had been at the Crimson Lion, and all his fleet vehicles were accounted for. We saw you leave the house on the cameras, but since they don’t record in the bedrooms, we didn’t know what triggered it. Freddie and Shadow went to their parents, convinced they had something to do with it. That’s when Tina told us about the handler-ship.”

He places his palm on my cheek, and I lean into him.

“Shadow snuck in,” I say.

He smiles. “He’s good at that.”

“Sebastian pretended to want to stay with us.”

“I’m guessing Boone didn’t buy it?”

I lean in, and in a mock whisper, I say, “He’s not a very good actor.”

Sebastian huffs out a laugh.

Our smiles fade as we stare deep into one another.

“Are you ready for my bite, Omega?”
