Story: Rescuing Barbi
I let go of him. He pulls back from me. He kisses the top of my head and sets my feet back on the ground. Making quick work of it, he pulls off the condom, ties it off, and deposits it in the trash.
I recover my dress and slip it over my head, tugging it down until it barely covers my ass. He continues to take deep breaths, recovering from his exertion, as I lift on tiptoe and kiss his cheek.
“That was fun.”
Best to leave quickly before things get weird.
It’s hard to process what happened.
I’m sated, satisfied, floating in a fog of delicious pleasure.
I’ve never had sex like that and will likely never have sex like that again. Especially since this is where I make my getaway.
While he’s still struggling to pull up his pants, I give a little flick of my fingers and love the way he draws back in surprise when I unlock the door.
Before he can react, I slip out and rush through the club, grabbing Kaye away from some guy on the dance floor.
“Whoa, where’s the fire?” Kaye yanks her arm out of my grip.
“Come on. We gotta go.” I grab her wrist and tug her toward the entrance, and while I know I shouldn’t, I do the last thing I should do as I rush her out of the club. I look over my shoulder, feeling his hard gaze on my back.
Our gazes lock. His eyes narrow. Anger spills into the distance between us.
The man who gave me the best sex of my life sends a nonverbal message arcing toward me.
No one walks out on me.
Well, I have something to say about that. Only I don’t. I don’t say a thing. I run from his powerful presence and hightail my way out of the club.
I feel him closing in as I desperately flag down a cab. It arrives in the nick of time because as I’m sliding into the back seat, he exits the club and locks our gazes together one last time.
“Holy shit.” Kaye catches the whole thing. “Who the hell is that, and why does it look like he wants to kill you?”
THREE
Alec
It’s beendays since that night at the club.
Weeks?
I can’t get that woman out of my head. The woman in the green dress and fire in her eyes. The woman who wrapped her legs around me and let me fuck her against the wall. The woman who did what no woman has ever done.
The first woman who ever walked out on me.
No name.
No number.
No nothing!
And it’s driving me fucking insane.
I’m all for a meaningless fuck. Hell, I’m theKing of Meaningless Fucks. Stamp that right on my forehead. I love sex and can never get enough.
But not once—not one damn time—have I ever been used by a woman to get off and then been discarded.
Not. One. Damn. Time.
