Before Axel could go into full-blown panic mode, he felt that overwhelming sense of calm again.
“So, you are doing it,” Axel said.
“I am,” He nodded, “Could you get back into back in bed, please. I don’t mean to…”
The guy's voice trailed off, as he looked Axel up and down, which was when he realised all he had on were his boxer briefs.
“Ohhh,” Axel gasped, his face filled with colour.
Axel quickly got back into bed, before asking, “Where are my clothes?”
“You were wet,” Axel watched in surprise as the man’s face flushed, “I mean they. They were wet.”
Axel suppressed his smile. At least he wasn’t the only one feeling whatever this thing was between them.
You mean the thing where you want to jump on him, and lick him?
Axel ignored that voice and decided to go back to the whole who the guy was and where exactly Axel was at the moment.
“So where am I, and how come I got panicky before?”
The gorgeous man lowered himself to the bed, bringing his chest way too close for licking… touching, uhh…
Focus Axel.
“Why was I not scared, then scared, then not scared again, why do I feel this overwhelming need to climb you like a tree, and lick every inch of you? Also where am I, and why do you smell so good?”
Axel covered his mouth with his hands and he would swear his face was the colour of a beetroot when he realised the questions he had asked without thinking.
“I mean, uh… What I meant was… not lick, like lick… you know?”
Axel shut his mouth when he saw the smile on the man’s face widen with each word he spoke.
He sighed helplessly, “Do you at least have a name?”
“I do, and don’t worry, I would like to lick every inch of you too,” he said, holding Axel’s gaze, and for the life of him, Axel didn’t want to look away. Couldn’t look away.
“My name is Malek, and what’s yours, beautiful?”
“Me?” Axel looked around wondering who he was referring to. He wasn’t bad looking, but beautiful? That was a word that referred to guys like Malek.
Malek. Such a nice name. Strong. Masculine.
Like him.
“I’m not beautiful,” Axel blurted.
For the first time since he laid eyes on Malek the man frowned and for some reason, Axel's heart contracted. He never wanted to see this man sad. It was weird these feelings he was having for a total stranger,
“You will not speak about my mate that way. There will never be anyone as perfect as you are in my eyes.”
“Huh… who?”
Axel looked around again, still a little bit confused.
“Who’s your mate? Are they here?”
Malek looked him straight in the eye, “You. You’re my mate. This here is going to be our home, and the reason you’re not scared right now, is because my pheromones can calm you down.
