Page 119 of Loving Wild
Shaking my head, I give a little laugh that sounds more like a huff.
“Did you not listen to the words of the song earlier? I wish there was a way for you to see yourself through my eyes. To feel what I feel for you. I hate, fucking hate that you doubt how beautiful you are. Inside and out, baby. You fucking amaze me. Every bump, dimple, stretchmark, and scar. I love them all. Want to worship them all.”
He pauses for a moment while I try to breathe quietly.
“And that bikini . . .you, in that bikini.Fuck.Me. Literally, fuck me, babe. Now get your arse over here.”
I don’t hesitate to move towards him, and when I do, instead of the rough, dominant Gabe I’m expecting, I get nothing but tenderness. He worships every inch of me, makes love to me slowly, gently, reverently, until we both finally pass out.
Chapter 23
Gabe.
I openmy eyes right before my brother’s ball sack lands on my chin.
“What the fuck,” I shout. Sitting up and swinging a punch in Zac’s direction, at the same time as I try to shake myself from a deep sleep.
“Nice tits,” is my brother’s response, looking down at where Lauren is sleeping beside me.
Because I’ve sat up, I’ve shifted the sheet that was covering her, and now Zac has a great view of Ren’s side boob.
“Get the fuck out, before I knock you the fuck out,” I order.
“Dude, you seriously need to open a window in here, smells like fresh fuck,” Zac says, then sniffs the air.
“Swear to God, I will kill you, motherfucker,” I warn.
“Morning,” Dani puts her head around the door, just as Lauren puts a pillow over her head, and I cover her side boob with the sheet.
“Seriously?” Lauren mumbles from under the pillow.
“You need to open a window in here,” Dani states after sniffing the air. “Smells like fresh fuck.”
“I just told them that,” Zac adds, his voice high with indignation because we didn’t listen.
“Okay.” Lauren sits up, holding the sheet to her chest as she does. “Now that I’m officially dead from mortification and watching down on you all from the afterlife, can you please fuck off.”
“Someone’s grumpy when they wake up. After all the ohhhing and ahhhing you did last night, thought you would’ve woken up a bit more chirpy, little bird.”
I start to climb out of bed to fight my brother when I remember I’m naked, and my sister’s standing in the doorway of the room.
I look to Lauren who’s now sitting up beside me and let out a deep breath.
“They’re your fucking family,” she says with a huff. “You sort them out.”
“I’m stark bollock naked under here,” I announce to the room, just as my daughter puts her head around the door.
“Morning, Dad. Morning, Ren.”
“I swear if she says anything about fresh fuck I will pack my bags and leave here right the fuck now,” Lauren hisses into my ear before turning and smiling at my daughter.
“Happy birthday, Ava,” we say in unison.
“Woohoo, teenager. Use these years wisely. Go back to being a toddler, stamp your feet, throw tantrums, drink straight from the bottle, smoke weed, have sex, and blame it all on the raging hormones,” Dani advises.
“Don’t do any of those things,” I tell my kid.
“You and you,” Lauren points at Zac and Dani. “Get the fuck out of here.”
