"You don't know anything about having a Girlfriend, so keep your mouth shut." Dhruv snorted.

"I am not even interested!" Ruvit glared at him.

"Huh!! Keh bhi kon rha hain? Jo khud mar rha hain Aridhi ko apni girlfriend banane k liye!" Dhruv mocked.

(Huh!! Says who? Who himself is dying to make Aridhi his girlfriend!)

"Bro! I don't believe in these Temporary things. Girlfriend kisko banani hain? Aridhi Meri direct Ardhangini banegi." Ruvit said.

(Who even wants to make Girlfriend? Aridhi will directly become My Wife.)

"A.R.D.H.A.N.G.I.N.I." Ruvit spelled with a wide smile.

Dhruv sighed and looked at his Best friend and commented.

"You are nothing I was expecting."

"Same here!" Ruvit grinned sarcastically at Dhruv.

"Guys, Stop behaving like Kids." Aridhi said who just came near them and saw their bickering.

Both Dhruv and Ruvit looked at Aridhi.

"He is." Both said at the same time while pointing at each other.

Aridhi facepalmed to herself.

"Dhruv! if you keep behaving like this, Nandini will definitely leave you." Aridhi said with a serious face.

"She loves me more when I behave like this." Dhruv replied sassily.

"Behave like what?" Aridhi asked.

"Behave like a kid." Dhruv replied while smiling wide, not knowing what he admitted.

"Oh Shit-" He realised as Ruvit and Aridhi broke out laughing."I didn't mean that." He tsked.

"You just admitted that you behave like a kid." Aridhi shrugged.

Dhruv gritted his teeth on which Ruvit chuckled at his Bestfriend's expression.

- Flashback Ends -

"You were actually right regarding Aridhi as your Wife rather than Girlfriend!" Dhruv said.

"I know. When are you giving me your wedding invitation?" Ruvit patted Dhruv's shoulder.

"Dude, I have to propose to her first unlike you. I'm not Lucky enough to even tell about her to My Family." Dhruv sighed.

"What is date today?" Ruvit asked as to change the topic.

"It's 23rd." Dhruv replied.

"Wait for me here." Ruvit said before walking away from the Hall.

"Where are y-" Dhruv tried to ask his best friend but he left too soon.

Ruvit walked around the corridors of the Hotel in search of Her Ardhangini.

"Shit." Suddenly he heard someone's cursing from the other side of corridor.

Ruvit smiled as he recognised the owner of the voice in mere seconds.

He walked towards the source of voice without any other thought.

And there she was standing while adorning the dupatta onto her hand.

"Rakh lu saja ke tujhe seene se lagake, Aaja gale lag ja, gale lag ja." Ruvit started to sing while walking towards Aridhi.

Aridhi looked up at Ruvit with a weak smile.

"Khaab banake tujhe Dil mein chupa ke rakhu, mere paas aa, mere paas aa." Ruvit continued.

Aridhi smiled wholeheartedly as she saw Ruvit standing just in front of herself.

"Do Mulaqato mein, Kaali ye Raato mein, Baato hi baato mein Dil de diya..." Ruvit sang while tracing his palm on Aridhi's arm.

"Teri baato mein aisa uljha jiya, baithe hi baithe mene Dil kho diya!" Aridhi sang this time.

Ruvit chuckled as Aridhi made a cute face.

"Hey I know I don't sing very well but still you don't have to laugh." She expressed while folding her arms around her chest.

"You sing very well Baby." Ruvit assured her while keeping his hand on her waist.

"I'm laughing on the way your blouse is not supporting you at all." He continued as he pulled her closer to himself.

"Ughh!! I'm already having a bad day and now these back buttons of the Blouse too." Aridhi said being frustrated.

"You are on your Periods, Right?" Ruvit asked.

Aridhi looked at him with a surprised as well as shocked expression.

"How do you know?" Aridhi asked back.

"I had known since the 10th. Your Dates. I remember all of them. And don't think of me as a freak or something. I have to keep them in mind in order to advance prepare for your Special treatment." Ruvit explained.

"Special Treatment?" Aridhi questioned.

Ruvit nodded and said,"I know Periods must be painful and irritating. So I made sure that you live comfortably in periods."

Aridhi looked at Ruvit for a minute and finally a tear of happiness drop from her eyes.

She hugged Ruvit immediately. Ruvit hugged her back with a smile and closed the back buttons of her blouse.

"Wae I never noticed before!?" Aridhi questioned to herself this time.

Ruvit rubbed his hand on Aridhi's back to console her.

"I am such a Stupid Person." Aridhi mumbled while keeping her head in Ruvit's crook of neck.

"Relax Baby. It's happens to Everyone. When you are going through some pain, it's difficult to notice your surroundings." Ruvit assured her.

They remain in that position for awhile until Aridhi became normal.

"No need to dance tonight at Sangeet if you are having pain." Ruvit said when they broke the hug.

"Sorry. Not Sorry but I'm going to dance even though I'm in pain!! I have prepared so much for it. I can't disappoint Ridhima." Aridhi exclaimed.

"Will you ever listen to me?" Ruvit asked with a sigh.

"Not at all." Aridhi winked.

Sangeet function started as everyone was ready. They did some usual rituals and now it was the time for a Dance Competition.

"Kehte huye dukh ho rha hain lekin Ladki wale Dance mein harne wale hain." Rishika claimed.

"Such a Over Confident Baby." Abhir mumbled as a smile made its way on his face.

"Rishika, It's Good to be confident but over confidence always ruin your plans." Nandini said with a challenging tone.

"Exactly. Let's see who is going to be the Winner and who is going to be the Loser." Ridhima's eyes shone with confidence.

The Music started and All the Youngesters made their way to the Dance Floor.

Elders settled in front of the dance floor where Elegant Chairs and Tables were placed.

The Going-to-be Husband and Wife were sitting on the Decorated Sofa which was in the middle of Hall.

Everyone was present except Ruvit's grandmother. No one bothered to invite Ananya at all.

Abhir and Rishika were chosen as the First one to dance, by the Elders.

They started bickering for song selection but soon agreed on a Same Song.

"Ready to Lose Miss Overconfident?" Abhir challenged Rishika as the song started.

"Shut up!" Rishika flipped her hair at Abhir as she started her dance moves.

The song bursted in the background as Abhir and Rishika gave a mind-blowing performance.

(Just take Kareena and Hrithik as Rishika and Abhir for reference.)

Everyone clapped as their performance came to an end.

"Uh-huh Not Bad." Abhir commented whie showing Thumbs up.

"Told you!" Rishika came and stood infront of Abhir.

They started their bickering again but little did they know was something is growing between them. Spark? Crush? Love? What was it?

On the other hand, something was settling between their families. Another knot? Another Relation? Another Couple?

"They are Perfect for each other." Ritu and Aarti said at the same time while looking at their children.

A few more performances were given when suddenly the lights went off. The Hall, the corridors were all dotted with the beauty of darkness.

Guests started murmuring but went quiet when they heard a Sharp Voice from the background.

"Enough for the warmup, Time for a Showdown!" A girl's voice echoed all over the Hall.

"Attention Ladies and Gentlemen! This is your Captain speaking." The voice continued.

"Hamara group aap sabko surakshit rakhne ka pura prayas krega lekin fir bhi Apni Kursi ki petti dhang se bhand lijiyega, kahi.."

(Our group will do its best to keep you all safe, but still hold on to your seat belts.)

With the pause in the statement, a bright light was made to fall on the centre of the stage where a girl was standing back facing the guests.

"Kahi..aapka Dil na gir jaye." She turned to face everyone as she finished her words.

(Lest your heart fall.)

"Ohhhhhooooo..." Everyone whistled and cheered when Music started.

All the Lights went on and four people were displayed on the Stage.

Two Boys. Two Girls. The boys were none other than Ruvit and Dhruv. The girls were none other than Aridhi and Nandini.

Girls came in front as the Song started.

Girls did their steps and taunted the Boys through moves and song.

Girls made their dupatta fall on the boy's face. And the boys caught their Dupatta in no time.

Girls started to throw tantrums and Boys started to coax them through their dance moves.

Boys pulled their girls towards themselves and made them wear their dupattas. But girls pushed the boys and started to dance in their own world.

Girls started to sing along with the Dj.

Everyone was cheering for the two couples infront of themselves.

Dance Moves were itself telling A Love Story which was impressive enough.

The Girls part ended as the Boys came infront.

Dhruv and Ruvit looked at eachother and nodded. The Dj suddenly turned off the song.

Everyone was surprised to see the Masterpiece infront of them.

"This wasn't the part of our plan. Right?" Nandini asked Aridhi through her eyes.

Aridhi nodded at her and gazed at Dhruv and Ruvit.

"Bholi Ho Tum Kya Jaano, Abhi Mujhko Pehchano.." Boys started to sing the lyrics while pointing at their girls.

"Sapna Tumhara Me Hu, Maano Ya Na Maano.." Ruvit kept Aridhi's hand on his shoulder and kept his own hand on her waist. Likewise with Dhruv and Nandini.

"This was unexpected." Aridhi mumbled while looking in Ruvit's eyes.

"Apni Pasandida Aurat k liye kuch bhi" Ruvit winked at her, while mumbling back.

(Anything for My Favourite Woman.)

"Dekho Nadaani Se Mujhe Na Thukrana, Nahi To Gaati Heer Hogi Yeh Taraana.." The boys continued the lyrics out loud.

The Song ended with the Dj.

Entire Hall was filled with Claps and Cheers.

The Sangeet ended after a few performances, with the end of the day.

Aridhi was standing at the terrace when she felt a hand on her shoulder.

She turned back to look at the person when she spoke out.

"Tujhe Ruvit kaisa lagta hain?" She asked Aridhi.

(How do you like Ruvit?)

"Ladke jaisa." Aridhi shrugged.

(Like a boy.)

"Seriously Yaar!?" Ridhima sighed.

"Aridhi, Tell us the truth!" Nandini also came from behind and settled her hands on Aridhi's arm.

Aridhi took a deep breath before replying.

"Remember what I say? Not Every Boy is Same But Eventually They will make you realise that they are no different." Aridhi looked at her bestfriends.

"But whenever I see Ruvit, I regret all these words. You know wae?" Aridhi asked Nandini and Ridhima.

Nandini and Ridhima looked at each other and nodded in unison.

"This Statement of yours is not applicable on Ruvit. Right?" Nandini and Ridhima said at the same time.

Aridhi nodded."He is actually different! Different from any other guy." She mumbled.

The three best friends got busy in teasing each other. But there was someone who was keeping an eye on them.

"Me bhi dekhti hu kaise hoti hain in teeno ki shadi" An old lady mumbled under her breath.
