Story: Liberate Us
Just as I was about to lower myself into the car, I caughtmovement out of the corner of my eye. Looking up, I found Tiny and a couple ofthe other guys standing at the entrance to the older building. Tiny nodded onceand lifted his phone.
I pulled my phone from my bag, finding a text from him.
Tiny: It was good to see you. I’m sorry for being an ass. Inever liked you with Aaron. He wasn’t a good guy. Sammy is better for you. Notthat you need it, but you have my blessing, and I will do everything in mypower to keep your mom safe. Tell Shawnee I said hi.
I blew out a slow breath, looked up once again, and found Tinyand the guys nowhere around.
As I sat behind the steering wheel, I thought of what I couldrespond with. I knew Tiny had a reputation to uphold. I got it. I did. But if heonly knew half the shit Aaron and Will put me through, maybe he would have beena little more accommodating.
Me: Next time I come visit, we’ll have to go out for drinks.
Tiny: I like that idea. Drive safe, Red.
Putting my phone away, I gripped the steering wheel. “Tell mewhere you’re staying.”
Sammy cupped my inner thigh, giving me directions. His handinched higher, almost like a reminder that no matter what happened, he wouldalways be there.
A part of me was surprised that he got a hotel room. I justassumed that he drove down to get a piece and then he would head home. Clearly,I was wrong.
When we reached the hotel he was staying at, I parked the car, killed the engine, and stared straight ahead. “I need you.”
“You have me,” he said, his hand tightening on my thigh.
“No.” I turned to him. “I need you. That part of you that I knowwants to play with me and rip me apart. The part that wants to call me namesand degrade me. That wants to push me to my limits. That wants to make me cryand beg for more. That wants to try and make me use my safeword. I need thatpart.”
His eyes darkened, searching my face. “I don’t know if you’reready for him.”
I snorted, shoving his hand from my thigh and leaving the car.
Sammy did the same and came around to my side. “Tell me whatyou’re feeling right now.”
“Backed into a corner.” My chest was tight, my heart pounding sodamn hard, I was surprised Sammy couldn’t hear it himself.
“What else?” He stood a foot away, but I could still feel him.Throughout every inch of me. But it wasn’t enough.
“Vulnerable,” I whispered.
He nodded once. “That’s why I hated kissing. Until you, I neverwanted to feel another person’s lips on mine. But you, Red. You fucking unravelme.” He took a step toward me, but he was still too damn far away. “Tell menow. If you want this to continue, I will do everything you asked and more. Iwill force you to use your safeword and if you don’t because you’re strong asfuck, I’ll continue to try each time we’re together until I make you use it.”
“Will you leave if I say it? Like you threatened the firsttime?” I didn’t know why but the thought of never seeing Sammy again made mesick to my stomach.
He tilted his head, mulling over my words. “No. I don’t think Icould handle leaving and not seeing you again. My friends and family say I’mgrumpy as fuck and I agree with them but not seeing you? That would make itworse.”
“Then please give me what I need.” I knew I was begging but Ididn’t care. I just needed to feel something other than this anxiety scrapingalong my skin.
Sammy finally closed the distance between us. In a move fasterthan I thought possible, he had his hand wrapped around my throat. He pulled metoward him, that single action sending a flutter of desire rushing through me.He licked his lips, his eyes dropping to my mouth. “I’m going to break you,Little Red. And then I’m going to put you back together again. I will be allyou need. Theonlything.”
“Prove it.”As soon as those two words left my lips, Sammy crushed his mouth to mine. Thekiss was aggressive, rough, and deep. It bordered on being angry as he shovedhis tongue between my lips and sucked a moan out of me.
I sighed, wrapping my arms around his shoulders and pulling him even closer.
His handsslid down my back, cupped my ass, and tugged me flush against every inch ofhim. A low growl left him as his lengthening erection pushed into me.
“Please,” Iwhispered, taking his tongue even deeper into my mouth.
Sammyreleased me, wrapped his arm around my shoulders, and quickly led me to theentrance of the building.
The closerwe got to the room he was staying in, the more my body vibrated with a need Ihad never felt before. Although Sammy and I had been sleeping together forseveral weeks already, tonight would be different. It would be a switch in ourrelationship and whatever it was we were doing. I was offering him mysubmission. They weren’t just words when I told him I wanted the dominant partof him. They were part of my truths. My need for him. My willingness to givehim all of me in ways I had never given someone before.
