With the amount of pent-up frustration I had in me, I knew I wasn’t going to last long, but I smirked thinking of all the ways I’d make it up to her later.

Apparently, I wasn’t the only one quick to work off steam.

My heart soared at every little incoherent noise from my mate.

“Mine!” I kept reminding her until her body started to pull me towards my climax.

I grunted, feeling my balls tighten.

“I love you,” I told her as I let go and came hard inside her.

Her chest rose and fell as she tried to regain her breath.

She pulled me down on top of her and kissed a trail from my mouth to my ear.

“I love you, too,” she whispered before biting my earlobe and sucking it into her mouth.

I made a growly noise of approval before lifting her up and carrying her to the bedroom.

When I saw all her things still sprawled out across our bed, I frowned and set her back on her feet. Then I picked up armfuls of clothes and stuff and tossed it into a drawer I’d emptied for her.

“I have my own drawer? When?”

I shrugged casually. “I wanted to make room in case you decided to stay.”

She put her hands on her hips and gave me a stern look.

“Did you really think I wasn’t going to stay?”

I shrugged. “You only agreed to a month. Are you going to tell Dalton you’re staying on longer? Or would you rather we just follow Lily’s lead? I can go throw those pills of yours away right now and start working on making a baby.”

She laughed. “When you commit, you commit, huh?”

“All in, sweetheart.”

“While I love the idea of having your pup someday, selfishly, I just want you all to myself for a while.”

“Done. I’ll just quit my job at the end of the month and spend every second of every day making love to you.”

She giggled. “Sounds exhausting. How about we continue to work and make love every morning and every night, at least once.”

“Don’t forget our lunch break.”

She blushed.

“What are you doing to me?”

I lifted her up and then deposited her on the bed with a little bounce before curling up next to her.

My hand trailed down her body as I leaned down and sucked a pert nipple into my mouth swirling my tongue around it until she was squirming beneath me.

I could feel myself already growing hard again.

“Do you think we’ll ever get tired of this?”

“No, never. I can guarantee Winnie, there will never be even a moment of time that I won’t want you just like this.”

I kissed her belly and let my tongue trail a line south as I planted myself between her knees.
