Chapter 116 Isaac The Ice Mage

The crowd erupted into a frenzy of applause and cheers, hailing Grand the champion of the arena. The hypeman grinned broadly as he continued. "Now, let's give it up for our champion, Grand Minotaur! He fought with all his might and proved that he is truly the strongest fighter in the arena! And of course, let's not forget the amazing Helen, who gave us some unforgettable moments in this tournament! She may have lost the final fight, but she fought like a true warrior and earned our respect and admiration!"

The hypeman paused for a moment, his eyes scanning the crowd for their reaction. The roar of the spectators drowned out any other sound in the arena, showing their appreciation for the fighters. He continued, "I also want to thank all the other fighters who participated in this tournament. You all gave it your best and showed us what true fighting spirit looks like! And last but not least, I want to thank our loyal fans who came out to support their favorite fighters and made this tournament such a huge success!"

He took another deep breath, wiping the sweat from his brow, and exclaimed, "Until next time, folks, keep training hard and stay hungry for victory! Who knows, maybe we'll see some of you in the ring next year! But fear not citizens of Rockmine, the festival of the fight is not over yet! Because we will have the fight with all of the restrictions lifted! Yes! We will have Magic Box power users fight today! Helen might have lost to Grand the Minotaur, but she will have a chance to redeem herself against a fellow Magic Box power user! The fight will start in a few hours, folks! Don't, go too far!"  

With those words, the crowd erupted into cheers, eagerly anticipating what was sure to be an unforgettable event. The air was electric, and the anticipation was almost too much to bear. But for those brave enough to stick around, the wait was well worth it.

Two hours passed and the commentator started to hype the crowd, "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back and hold onto your seats! Get ready for the ultimate clash of the Titans! In one corner, we have Helen, the gravity mage, known for her fierce brute strength and love for close combat. And in the other corner, we have Isaac, the ice mage, who is a master of defense and long-range attacks. But make no mistake, he's no slouch in hand-to-hand combat!"

The commentator pointed at Suzuka and continued his hype talk, "This battle is going to be epic, folks! We have two completely different styles of combat colliding in this arena, and there can only be one winner. Helen is going to bring the heat, unleashing her gravity powers and charging straight into the fray."

Then he turned to Isaac and continued his talk, "But Isaac isn't going to go down without a fight, folks. He's going to keep his distance, peppering Helen with a barrage of icy blasts and freezing her in her tracks."

The tension is high, and the excitement is building as these two powerful mages prepare to face off in the ring. Suzuka is known for her raw power and tenacity, but Isaac is going to be a tough opponent to crack. He's going to keep his cool, keeping Suzuka at bay with his icy arsenal.

"But Helen is not one to be underestimated, folks. She's going to bring the fight to Isaac, using her gravity powers to close the distance and deliver crushing blows to her opponent. Isaac better watches his back, because Helen is not someone you want to mess with."

Suzuka stepped into the arena, her muscles rippling under her skin. She knew that this fight was going to be tough, but she was ready for anything.

Isaac stepped out onto the opposite side of the arena, his eyes fixed on Suzuka. He raised his hand, and a ball of ice formed in his palm. He began to juggle the ice ball with ease, the frozen orb dancing in the air with effortless grace. The frigid air around him seemed to ripple with energy, and the audience held in rapt attention while waiting for the bell to signal the start of the fight.

Moments later, the bell rang, and the fight began. Without hesitation, Suzuka charged forward, her fists glowing with energy. Isaac caught his ice ball and turned it into an ice rose. He threw it at her, but Suzuka wasn't intimidated and swiped at the ice rose with her fist. However, it was a mistake on her part. The moment her battle glove touched the ice rose, it encased her whole arm in ice, forming an ice wall that froze her and stopped her in place.

But she didn't let it slow her down. Suzuka slammed her fist into the wall with a grunt and shattered it into pieces releasing her trapped arm.

Isaac raised his hand again, and this time, he summoned a wall of ice in front of him. Suzuka leaped into the air, and as she did, her gravity magic kicked in, allowing her to hover for a moment before hurtling back toward Isaac. She landed a powerful kick on his ice wall, breaking it down into small pieces and sending him sliding backward.

Isaac was quick to recover from Suzuka's attack, and with a wicked grin, he summoned a flurry of ice shards that whizzed toward her. But Suzuka, being the agile fighter that she was, effortlessly dodged them with a sexy twist of her body. However, before she could land her roundhouse kick on Isaac's back, he cunningly summoned an ice pillar that trapped her leg in a thick column of ice.

He knew he had her right where he wanted her and with a charming smirk asked, "Hey beautiful, how about giving up?"

Suzuka summoned her magic to her fist and with a smirk answered before breaking the pillar, "Ha! Don't make me laugh. What? Do you think you got me trapped?"

She slammed her fist into the pillar and shattered it into ice blocks. Isaac looked shocked, but he didn't let it slow him down. He raised his hands again, summoning a barrage of ice shards that flew toward Suzuka. She leaped into the air, her gravity magic allowing her to float just above the shards.

Witnessing an epic battle the commentator shouted, "This battle is heating up, folks! The sound of spells colliding and the sight of powerful magic being unleashed is a sight to behold. Both mages are giving it their all, but only one can emerge victorious!"

Suzuka wasted no time, launching herself at Isaac with a fierce battle cry. She swung her fist at his head, but he ducked and sent a blast of ice at the ground, trapping one of her feet in ice.

With a mighty stomp, she freed her trapped feet and regained her footing, then charged at Isaac again. She threw a flurry of punches and kicks, each one aimed with deadly precision. Isaac countered with walls of ice, but Suzuka smashed through them with ease, her muscles bulging with the effort.

Isaac gritted his teeth, realizing that he was in trouble. He raised his hands and unleashed a barrage of ice spears at Suzuka, but she dodged and weaved with uncanny speed. She closed the gap between them and launched a massive uppercut, Isaac guarded it with an ice shield but he got sent flying backward. Using the momentum Isaac froze the ground and slid backward to gain distance while erecting obstacles in Suzuka's path.

He quickly rolled to his feet and launched a barrage of ice spikes at Suzuka. She deflected them with her gravity magic, crashing them to the ground.

Suzuka charged again, closing the gap between them with lightning speed. She swung her fist at Isaac's head, but he ducked and sent a blast of ice at her midsection. She grunted with the impact, but her enhanced durability allowed her to shrug off the blow.

Isaac realized that he was running out of options. He raised his hands and summoned a massive ice golem, hoping that it would be enough to stop Suzuka in her tracks.

The golem lumbered towards Suzuka, its massive fists slamming into the ground with bone-crushing force. But Suzuka was unfazed, she used her gravity magic to lift the ice golem into the air, and with a powerful kick, she hurled the golem across the arena. He hit the ground with a sickening thud, shattering it into million pieces and the crowd erupted into cheers.

The commentator's voice was filled with enthusiasm, his words whipping the crowd into a frenzy. "Ladies and gentlemen, what a fight we've just witnessed! I don't know about you folks, but I'm on the edge of my seat! This is what the arena is all about! The thrill of battle, the clash of magic, the pure adrenaline rush of watching two skilled fighters go head-to-head! Helen and Isaac, two of the most powerful mages in the land, battled it out in an epic clash of ice and gravity magic. The Coliseum hasn't seen a fight like this in years!"

The crowd roared in agreement, their cheers echoing through the arena.

As Suzuka turned to face the fallen Isaac, she noticed a change in his demeanor. He had stopped holding back, and a cold determination had settled in his eyes.

Isaac raised his hands and began to chant, calling forth a massive blizzard that swept across the arena. Suzuka braced herself, her muscles tensing as the icy winds buffeted her body. She knew that she had to act fast if she wanted to turn the tide of the battle.

With a grunt, Suzuka summoned a massive gravity wave, unleashing it toward Isaac with all her strength. The wave smashed into the blizzard, sending ice and snow flying in all directions. The arena shook with the force of the impact, and the crowd fell silent.

When the dust cleared, Suzuka was gone, her body nowhere to be seen. Isaac, on the other hand, was standing and nervously looking trying to spot where she was.

Suddenly, there was a burst of movement, and Isaac whirled around just in time to see Suzuka charging toward him. She was incredibly fast, and he had no time to successfully dodge. But at the last second, Isaac formed an ice spear and created ice armor under his clothes.

Suzuka and Isaac traded blows, and the ice spear grazed her arm, leaving a trail of frost in its wake. The ice trail spread across her body, trapping her in an ice wall. But Isaac wasn't satisfied with just that. He rushed at Suzuka and touched the ice wall, pouring even more ice and trapping her in a massive ice cube with only her face sticking out.

The crowd erupted into cheers as Isaac stood victorious. He looked out at the sea of faces, his chest heaving with exhaustion. It had been a hard-fought battle, but he had come out on top. Isaac turned to Suzuka and with exhaustion in his voice asked, "Well beautiful? Do you give up now? I have you trapped. You're not going anywhere now."
