Page 19 of By Invitation Only
Michael’s eyes moved from the redhead to Ava. “Hey, A. Where’s Trent?”
She paused for a moment before answering. Clearly no one knew she wanted a divorce. I didn’t blame her. “I think by the pool.” She shrugged.
“Who’s your friend?” Jason asked.
My gaze turned back to him, and he looked me up and down.Me!No-name Peyton Winters.
“This is Peyton,” Ava responded.
“Never seen you here before, Peyton,” Jason rumbled.
“It’s my first time,” I replied. I had no idea how I got the words out of my mouth. The sound of my heart pounding in my chest was drowning out the thump of the music.
“What are you into?” Jason leaned forward, and the blonde slid from his lap. She cut her eyes to me and glared.
My cheeks heated at his question. “What do you mean?”
He smirked and stood only a foot or so from me. “Do you like to only watch? Are you looking to interact? Do you like it rough, or do you like to be caressed and worshipped?”
“I…” I stuttered.Did he seriously just ask me the questions that were listed on the website?“I’m not sure.”
“Well, why did you come to Sensation if you’re not sure what you’re looking for?” Jason reached up and ran a finger over my pink lips.
Before I could respond—hell, who was I kidding? I was about to faint like a crazy fan—Ava spoke.
“Actually, Peyton needs to do me a favor before she does anything with you, Jay.”
Jay. I wanted to call him Jay.
I snapped out of my daze and muttered a quick, “Right. It was nice to meet you. If you’re still here when I get back, I’ll have an answer for you.” I smiled sweetly at him. Or at least I hoped.
Jason’s eyes turned to Ava. “What do you mean she has to do you a favor?”
I spoke before Ava could. “I just need to go do something real quick, and then I’ll be back.” I smiled and turned before they could ask again.
Walking back in the direction of the room with the bar, I looked for an exit to go to the pool. People were all around doing theirthing. One couple was on a chair, the woman bouncing on the guy’s cock. I wanted to stop and watch because it was my first time seeing someone other than myself having sex in person, but I was on a mission. I needed to find Trent, serve him and then get back toJayand tell him…
I wasn’t sure what I was going to tell him because before I could come to a conclusion, I spotted Trent. He wasn’t alone, though. He was standing withtheman himself.
Booker Jameson.
My feet faltered as I stepped outside the door and onto the stone walkway that led to the pool. It wasn’t because I was hesitant to speak to Booker. I just wasn’t prepared to see him yet. My thoughts were on finding Trent, and then finding Jason, but now the side profile of Booker had me stopping in my tracks as though he was the one I wanted.
He was dressed in a black tuxedo. I’d seen him in suits, but there was something about the way the elegant tux formed around his frame that made me see him in a different light. It could also be that I was reveling from Jason hitting on me.
I chugged my watered down cocktail back and then set the empty glass on a tray. I grabbed the envelope from my dress, unfolded it, straightened my shoulders, and stood tall as I walked over to the two men. Trent’s gaze hit me first, and he stopped talking as a smile spread across his lips. Booker turned in my direction, and the moment he realized it was me, he narrowed his eyes as though he was wondering why I was there. I didn’t give him much time to ponder any questions he might be thinking. I nudged the envelope toward Trent, and the moment he took it from my hands, I said, “Trent Inglewood, you’ve been served.”
Trent’s smile faltered, and Booker hissed a “fuck” under his breath.
“Have a good evening.” I winked at Booker and walked away.
No one got the upper hand when it came to Booker. Granted, it didn’t matter that Trent was served first. It was the fact that I took Booker by surprise. If I had to bet money, I’d bet that he and Trent were just talking about Ava wanting a divorce and what Booker needed Trent to do for him to represent him.
The couple having sex on the chair were still going at it as I passed them on my way back to Ava and Jason, but now they were in a different position. The woman was bent over the side of the cream-colored, high-back, cloth chair, and the man was fucking her from behind. Her boobs bounced with each thrust, her moans piercing the air.
I looked around at the crowd. Some were feeling each other up as they watched. I wanted to stop and watch like others were because it was turning me on, but I needed to get back to Ava—back to Jason. I felt as though if I left Jason for too long, he’d return to the blonde, forgetting I ever existed. If I did one thing tonight, I would try to see what I could do with Jason Black. There was no chance I’d ever have this opportunity again.
I entered the room where I’d left Ava. She and Michael were sitting on a couch with her legs bent over his lap as their mouths were locked. Jason wasn’t with the blonde that I’d feared he would be. He was with both girls. Of course he was.Why would he wait for no-name Peyton?
