“What doyouwant, Agent Pecs?” he asked before grazing his teeth across his bottom lip.

“I have everything I could ever want.” I slid my hand to his lower back. “Right here.”

“Damn, you’re smooth.” Kyler flashed his pearly-whites and shook his head. “You do know I’m in love with you, right? You don’t have to sweet talk me to get down my pants.”

“Maybe I want to sweet talk you anyway,” I responded, trying—and failing—to stop the smile from spreading across my face.

“Maybe I like it.”

“Oh yeah?” I closed the gap between our bodies and moved my face close to his. Feeling his breath on my lips. “Let’s go to the villa and you can show me how much you like it.”

Kyler answered me with a mischievous grin and led me farther down the path. Faster than before.

Smiling at his eagerness, I kept pace with him.

I was an actor, but I was no longer putting on a show. The stage that used to be my life had broken apart, and I’d been set free. No longer hiding from the world. But most importantly, I was no longer hiding from myself.
