Story: F*ck It Out With A Devil
“That sick mother fucker will get it all out of her if it’s the last thing he does.” Karter laughs.
“Go, we’ve got this.” Onyx says, hovering around the table. No doubt about to wake his ass up and finish the job. He looks like a piece of art with all the holes, broken bones, and blood dripping down his body. I know they will make him look even more spectacular once they’ve finished with him.
“Thanks, I owe you guys.” I mumble as I leave them to it and head to my car. It’s nearly daylight outside and even though we didn’t get that much sleep in between the late night party and now, I feel rejuvenated. I wonder what my girl is doing. My thoughts are cut short as my phone begins to ring. I flip it over and look at the screen and see it’s my father. I want nothing more than to ignore his call, but I find myself answering on the second ring.
“What?” I growl.
“Don’t take that tone with me, boy. I know you had something to do with the dinner I had planned for you to meet your future step-mother getting rescheduled. It just so happens it worked in my favor, but listen, there’s a reason for this call. The dinner has been rescheduled to next weekend. You have more than enough time to make yourself available, and I expect you to be there.”
“Why is it so important for me to meet her? She means nothing to me.”
“She will save this family and the future I have planned for us.”
“What do you mean, save this family? What do we need saving from?”
“Don’t worry about that, just have your ass there when the time comes.” He growls into the phone before he disconnects.
“Fucking piece of shit.” I yell, racing back to the house. My adrenaline is through the roof, and I’m in the mood to fuck some more shit up.
I make it back to the dirt road, kicking up dust, screeching to a stop in front of the house. I jump from the car so fast, I knock my legs against the back end of it. I don’t even wait for the valet to come and grab my keys before I run up the stairs in search of Maeve.
“Maeve! Where are you?”
“Quit all yer fussin’, I’m here. Where’s the fire?” She asks, rounding the corner.
“Is she downstairs?”
“Both girls are, I figured putting ‘em in the same room was the way to go.”
“Where is Dash and Wells?”
“Down there with them.” She smirks.
“Do you know if they’ve already begun?”
“I’m pretty sure they haven’t. You know how Wells likes ter watch and access things before he starts ter work.” She says, and I do know. He likes to study them to see what else he can find. He wants to know if they truly don’t know each other.
“That’s our boy. If you need us, you know where we will be. Have Jones park my car. I may have jumped out in a rush to get in there and help my boys out.” I chuckle, handing her the keys.
“Anything fer you, ma boy.” She gushes as I place a kiss on her cheek, and then head down to the basement.
Opening the door, I can hear screams, and I’m not sure who it’s coming from.
“You stupid bitch! You always fuck everything up, that’s why Father got rid of you… Or so we thought.”“I don’t even know who you are, you evil witch, but I guess you’re Court’s girlfriend.” I enter quietly and just listen to the back and forth banter between them, wondering where Dash and Wells are.
“I’m Valentina Greyskin and you are Fredricka Berkshire, your mother was the housemaid whore that fucked my father, Gio Greyskin. Court is more than my boyfriend you twat and did you completely miss the part where I said, Father, as in our father, got rid of you.” She waves a hand between the two of them.
“My father, Tobias Berkshire is dead so I could care less what the fuck you’re going on about. As for Court being more than your boyfriend, you can fucking have him. I’m already dead because I fell for this stupid plan of his.”“He’s not smart enough to have come up with a plan as good as this. No, there is so much more that nobody knows about, and it’s only the beginning. As soon as I get out of here, things will start falling into place.” She says, and I can’t wait any longer.
“Please, don’t stop on my account. We would all love to know more about the rest of your big plans, and I’m sure she would love to know why her sister is such an evil bitch.” I say, walking up to her.
“I don’t have to tell you shit. Your lap dog here thought he could squeeze information out of me, but I’m not an easy one. I won’t give shit up. You can kill me now because everything will still go on as planned.” She laughs.
“I sure hope you put up more of a fight than your lover did.” I laugh, but it’s far from a happy one. It’s sinister and laced with hate.
“What?” She says, looking at me. “Where is he?”
“Either dead or almost there, but he did tell us a few things that may shed some light on what’s going on. Would you like to add anything to it?”
