Story: F*ck It Out With A Devil
Finding the video I was looking for, I turn it so she can see. Her filthy boyfriend was in the lab. At first I thought this was when he had the cameras altered, but it was far worse than that. He brought in one of our rivals' daughters to steal some of the product and the formula, handcrafted by the scientists we pay really well to keep everything secret. I knew something like this would happen sooner or later, so I set things up to where if it did happen, they would not get the true formula or the real product.
They search around the lab looking for the formula, and throw a few bags of product into a backpack. Once they locate the formula, they decide to have a little celebration… With each other. They begin jumping up and down, and he opens his arms wide for her to jump into. She does as he drops the backpack to catch her. She looks down at him, while he looks up, and that’s when things get intense. Long story short, they fuck on the floor of the laboratory in the warehouse. Ten minutes later, they clean up and leave as if they were never there, but not before he sets the cameras on a loop, making it appear as if they had never been there.
“The bastard! How dare he! And here I am, about to die for his stupidity.” She wails. “I’m sorry, I even got him that job in the first place.” She cries.
“What do you mean, you got him that job?” Onyx asks.
“I’m the real scientist. I was the one that was hired to work for you.” When we look at her as if she’s lost her mind, she continues. “Myname is Fred, it’s short for Fredricka. Don’t ask, it’s a fugly-ass family name. Anyways, he told me if I got him in and made it look like he was the real scientist, he would finally marry me.” She whispers.
“I hate to break it to you, doll, he’s been fucking and promised to that girl since they were nine. His family is the Carmichaels and hers are the Greyskins. They are both rivals of ours. How long have you known this man?” I ask.
“Ten months.”
“When did you graduate and receive your masters degree to become a scientist?” I have a feeling I already know this answer, too.
“Ten months ago.” She says, letting her head drop. “Please, just kill me now.” She begs.
“We need to know where he is.” Karter walks up to her, caressing her face.
“I don’t know where he is, he wouldn’t tell me.” She drops her head. A few moments later, she thinks of something. “I may be able to find him.”
“How?” I ask, because just a minute ago, she didn’t want to tell us anything but as soon as I showed her the video of him cheating on her, she was all for it.
“If you untie my hands and let me get my phone, I can show you.”
“Nice try, tell us how to find him.”
“I put a tracking app on his phone when I suspected he wasn’t telling me the whole truth. Hopefully, it isn’t broken after you jerks manhandled me.” I’ll let that slide, for now. “It’s in my back pocket.”
Karter goes and pulls it out. “What’s the password?”
“Zero-nine-one-one.” He taps it into the phone and it unlocks. “Where to next.”
“The app is called ‘Find My Man’.” At the mention of the name, Wells snorts, and we all look at him. He just hunches his shoulders and waves us on.
Karter types the name into the search bar and the app pops up. He clicks on it, and it shows his name. “This asshole’s real name is Courtney?”
“Yup.” She says.
“But he had it legally changed to Court.” I throw that in.
“Yeah, but I know his real name so that’s what it went under.” She huffs. “Looks like he’s on the move. Click on the car and expand it some, it will show you the area he’s in. Lemme see.” She says, looking closely at her phone. “He’s on his way to my place.”
“Wells, stay with her. Karter, Onyx, you two come with me. Dash, you know what to do.” I bark out orders as everyone falls in line.
“Please, don’t leave him with me, I kinda wanna live but understand if I have to die.” She whines.
“Then you know why I must leave him here with you.” I confess as I turn on my heel and leave her there with Wells. He knows what he will have to do should this go wrong, but that’s where Dash comes in.
“Are you both down for whatever happens?”
“Fuck yeah.” Onyx hoots.
“I was born for this shit.” Karter announces.
“Dash, call the sweepers to make it there before he does and search her place. You have the address and the phone so you will know when he arrives. Send me the address, and we will meet you there.”
“Say no more, let’s go.” He jumps into action as we follow suit.
