Dear Miss Carter,

Thank you for your inquiry. Please find the records for the home owned by Mr. and Mrs. William Carter Sr. purchased in 1958 at 740 Savin Street.

As you will see attached, the loan was granted by Family Savings Bank for a term of thirty years. It was refinanced in 1979. Before the conclusion of the new term, the payments were taken over by William Carter Jr. in 1990.

Shortly thereafter, the home was demolished.

We have no photographs available, but perhaps this map might be helpful for your research.
