Dear Mrs. Carter,

We would be delighted to host William for part of the summer in Martha’s Vineyard. Everything will be taken care of. We’re just so thrilled to see how close he’s gotten to our boys.

We are sure he would love it. Please let me know if we have your permission to allow him to travel with us for a few weeks. I can be reached by letter or by telephone at 555-732-4413.
