Please note that Ross Financial will be looking to put forth a proposition to acquire a new company headed by two Harvard graduates. The company partners are interested in expanding into new territories and will be vetting the sale with an on-site visit to Accra, Ghana.

With sizable market cap and an untapped market, we believe that this is a huge financial opportunity. William Carter Jr. and Kofi Asare will be the lead executives and will need Ross Financial resources and support. The offer ceiling has been decided at $5 million with Ross Financial assuming a loss for the first three years.

Please find attached the documentation that further details their qualifications and their business plan. Headquarters will move from Massachusetts to New York imminently. An analysis on viability will be completed after the visit.
