Page 51 of The Revenge You Seek
"So are you wet for them, or for me?"
"I'm not."
"Keep lying, Princess, and I'll just have to prove you wrong."
"Fuck you."
"You know what, that's not a bad idea."
He pushes me away from the mass of gyrating bodies and I have no choice but to stumble forward.
"What are you doing?" I squeal as we get closer to the stairs.
"I think it's probably better we do this in private, don't you?"
"I'm not going anywhere with you," I state.
"Oh no?"
Before I know what's happening the world spins around me and the next thing I know, I'm staring at Kane's ass as he marches me up the stairs.
"Ow," I scream when his palm lands on my bare ass cheek with a burning slap.
"That's for refusing my demands. You want more, you know how to act."
"Fuck yo—ow," I scream again as he hits the exact same spot.
"I know you're soaked for me, Princess. I can smell you."
My cheeks burn with mortification and I can only hope that he's lying.
We go up two flights of stairs while I slam my closed fists down on his ass, trying not to appreciate how solid it is while I continue to flail around, earning me more slaps than I can count after drinking just this much.
I knew coming tonight was a bad idea.
Why do I always believe people when they say he's not going to be there.
He's always fucking there.

Letty
Idon’t get a chance to register what room we’ve just barged into but seeing as no one screams at us to get out, I assume that it’s empty.
My feet have barely touched the ground before my back slams against the door behind me.
All the air rushes from my lungs as his hand wraps around my throat.
When I finally lift my eyes to look at him, his dark gaze burns through me with the level of hate I expect from him and his teeth are bared as he snarls at me. His hood is pulled down low on his face, explaining how he got into the party that he was apparently banned from.
If Luca knew he was here…
My stomach erupts with a mix of nerves, fear, and goddammit, excitement.
"You don't want to do this," I say, ensuring that my voice doesn't waver one bit.
After everything I've been through, I shouldn't be scared of him. He should pale in comparison to the hell I've lived through, but as I stare into his eyes, meeting his hate like for like, I can already feel myself crumbling.
