Please find this week’s schedule attached. The vacancies due to the public health emergency are highlighted in yellow, those due to releases are in green, those due to resignations are in red. Trailers are running at 72% capacity, with contract completion projected at December 15 for Vox-R and January 8 for NovusFilm. Staffing areas that have become critical (below 50% capacity) are custodial and laundry work, which retainees have been avoiding because of the norovirus. To improve work operations, I request approval for the incentives below:

Priority access to food service line

Extended visiting time (15 extra minutes, redeemable at next family visit)

Expedited processing of outstanding petitions

Preferred medical service (access to NSAIDs if requested)

Reassignment to room with a window (depending on availability)

Please let me know at your earliest convenience which of these you would be willing to approve.
